국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료사의 자기효능감, 작업동맹, 정서지능 간의 관계를 알아보고 미술치료사의 자기효능감이 작업동맹에 미치는 영향에서 정서지능의 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 미술치료사를 대상으로 상담자 자기효능감 척도, 작업동맹 척도, 정서지능 척도를 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료 152부 중 불성실 응답을 제외한 총 150부 자료를 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 미술치료사의 자기효능감, 작업동맹, 정서지능 모두 변인 간 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료사의 자기효능감과 정서지능이 작업동맹에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 상담태도 자기효능감, 정서지능 전체, 상담기술 자기효능감 순으로 작업동맹 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미술치료사의 자기효능감이 작업동맹에 미치는 영향에서 정서지능의 부분매개효과가 나타나, 미술치료사의 자기효능감이 작업동맹에 미치는 영향이 정서지능을 통해 강화되며, 정서지능이 내담자와의 성공적인 치료 협력 관계 형성에 중요한 치료사 요인이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the self-efficacy, working alliances, and emotional intelligence of art therapists, and examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between self-efficacy and working alliances of the therapists. For this purpose, the study conducted a survey using the Counselor Self-Efficacy Scale, Working Alliance Scale, and Emotional Intelligence Scale. After excluding insincere responses, from 152 collected responses, the study analyzed 150 valid responses using SPSS 21.0. The main findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant positive correlations among their self-efficacy, working alliance, and emotional intelligence. Second, when analyzing the relative influence of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on working alliances, the study found that counseling attitude self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and counseling skill self-efficacy influenced the formation of working alliances in that order. Third, a partial mediating effect of emotional intelligence was found in the relationship between their self-efficacy and working alliances. This indicated that emotional intelligence strengthened the impact of self-efficacy on working alliances and emotional intelligence could be a key factor in forming a successful therapeutic relationship with clients. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
