국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학교현장실습에 대한 실습생, 지도교사, 지도교수의 기대도와 만족도 간의 차이를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상은 경기도에 소재한 전문대학교 유아교육과의 학교현장실습을 수행한 3학년 학생 244명, 실습지도교사 244명, 실습지도교수 17명이다. 학교현장실습의 기대도와 만족도는 학교현장실습의 효과, 실습생의 전문적 자질, 지원체제를 공통요인으로 하고, 연구대상에 따라 지도교사의 자질, 실습 평가, 실습기관의 적절성, 실습생의 기본적 자질을 하위요인으로 추가 구성하였다. 모든 설문지는 총 19문항으로 Likert 5점 자가 평정척도이며, 신뢰도는 실습생 .926, 실습지도교사 .901, 실습지도교수 .977이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 평균 및 표준편차, t-검증, 일원배치분산분석(One Way ANOVA), 일원공변량분석(One Way ANCOVA), Scheffe검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단별 학교현장실습에 대한 기대도와 만족도에서 실습지도교수는 전체적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 실습생은 전문적 자질 이외의 요인에서 차이가 나타났으며, 실습지도교사는 모든 요인에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단 간 학교현장실습에 대한 기대도와 만족도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference between the expectations and satisfaction with teaching practicums among three groups: student teachers, cooperating teachers and instructing professors. The study subjects were 244 third-grade student teachers who completed the teaching practicum for the early-childhood education major, 244 cooperating teachers and 17 instructing professors from a university in Gyounggi-do. The common factors for the expectation and satisfaction with the practicum were ‘effect of the teaching practicum’, ‘expertise of the student teachers’ and ‘supporting system’. The subfactors were ‘ability of cooperating teachers’, ‘assessment of teaching practicum’, ‘appropriateness of the institution’ and ‘basic quality of student teachers’, varying with the study subjects. The survey had 19 questions in total using a 5 point self-rating Likert scale. The reliability of the student teachers, cooperating teachers and instructing professors was 0.926, 0.901 and 0.977. T-test, One Way ANOVA, One Way ANCOVA and Scheffe were used to analyze the Mean and SD of the data. All analyses used SPSS 20.0. The results of the study were as follows. First, expectations and satisfaction with the teaching practicum for instructing professors differed overall. Expectations and satisfaction with the teaching practicum for student teachers had a difference with all factors except for ‘expertise of the student teachers’, while those of cooperating teachers had no difference with any factors. Second, there was a significant difference for expectations and satisfaction with the teaching practicum between those groups.
