보육교사의 사회적 지지와 직무만족도 및 회복탄력성과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사가 지각한 사회적 지지, 직무만족도 및 회복탄력성과의 관계와 사회적 지의 하위요인들이 직무만족도 및 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역의 어린이집 교사 400명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후 351부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0통계프로그램을 사용해 분석했다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 사회적 지지가 다소 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족도와 회복탄력성은 비교적 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 사회적 지지가 긍정적일수록 직무만족도와 회복탄력성도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 사회적 지지의 하위요인들이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향력은 정서적 지지, 평가적 지지, 물질적 지지, 정보적 지지 순으로 나타났고, 보육교사의 사회적 지지의 하위요인들이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력은 정서적 지지, 평가적 지지, 정보적 지지, 물질적 지지 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 보육교사에 대한 사회적 지지에 관한 지각과 어려움이나 도움에 대해 알아보고, 보육교사에 대한 사회적 지지를 위한 긍정적인 방법을 모색함으로써 직무만족도와 회복탄력성을 높임으로써 궁극적으로 보육의 질 향상을 돕는 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social support perceived by early childhood teachers, job satisfaction, and resilience. After conducting a preliminary survey of 30 early childhood teachers, 351 copies of the questionnaire were used in the final analysis after collecting data from 400 early childhood teachers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistics program. The results of this study were as follows: First, the social support of early childhood teachers was found to be somewhat positive, and job satisfaction and resilience were relatively high. Second, the more positive the social support of early childhood teachers was, the higher the job satisfaction and resilience were. Third, the effect of the subdomains of social support of the early childhood teachers on job satisfaction was in the order of emotional support, evaluation support, material support, and information support. Additionally, the influence of the subdomains of social support of early childhood teachers on resilience was in order of emotional support, evaluation support, information support, and material support. Through these research results, the perception of social support for early childhood teachers, views on difficulties or help, and finding a positive way for social support for early childhood teachers, thereby increasing job satisfaction and resilience are important, for ultimately improving childcare. I would like to present this basic data to help improve the quality early childhood education.
