자유선택활동에서 그림책 매체 유형에 따른 유아의 몰입 양상 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아들의 자유선택활동시간 언어영역에 인쇄책, 멀티전자책, 스마트전자책을 제시한 후, 유아들이 경험하는 그림책 각 매체에 따른 몰입 양상과 그 차이를 분석하는 것이었다. 본 연구를 위하여 강원도 G시에 소재하고 있는 S 어린이집의 만 4, 5세 유아 14명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인쇄책, 멀티전자책, 스마트전자책 매체 유형에 따른 유아의 주의집중 몰입은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타난 것으로 분석되었으며, 하위요소 분석결과에 있어서는 주의집중, 신중함, 적극성 요소에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 인쇄책, 멀티전 자책, 스마트전자책 매체 유형에 따른 유아의 상호작용 몰입은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타난 것으로 분석되었으며, 하위요소 분석결과에 있어서는 매체 상호작용, 대인 상호작용 요소에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 인쇄책, 멀티전자책, 스마트전자책 매체 유형에 따른 유아의 정서표현 몰입은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타난 것으로 분석되었으며, 하위요소 분석결과에 있어서는 긍정적 정서표현, 만족감 요소에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine aspects of children’s immersion such as attention concentration, interaction and emotional expression, depending on the kind of picture books. The study included 14 children whose ages are four and five. Furthermore, four paper books, four multi electronic books and four smart electronic books were used as study tools and also classified table of immersion aspects and the class analysis program of Kim, Kyung-hyun were used as measurement tools. Teachers introduced each medium and read the picture books to the children by using each medium of picture book and stocked a speech area with those books to enable the children to read them freely. Children read the picture books by choosing a speech area in their free activities and teachers encouraged them to be immersed in the book more with proper intervention. The study scored the result by using class analysis program, based on the classified table of immersion aspects to investigate children’s flow aspects such as attention concentration, interaction and emotional expression, depending on the kind of picture books. It applied one way repeated ANOVA for four-time measured value to prove the effect and calculate the average and standard deviation by using the total score. The results of the study are as follows. First of all, there is a significant difference in attention concentration aspects among paper books, multi electronic books and smart electronic books. The LSD post investigation, done to examine the gap between measured value of attention concentration, shows the significant difference between reading, using paper books and multi electronic books and reading, using paper books and smart electronic books. Secondly, there is a significant difference in children’s interactional immersion, depending on the kinds of media such as paper books, multi electronic books and smart electronic books. Finally, the study conducted a case analysis and schematized it to investigate the detailed aspects of changes in immersion by setting key examples. It was determined that there are differences in changes in children’s immersion for each sub-element, through typical examples of children.
