국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사들이 경험하는 소진을 예방하거나 경감시키기 위한 목적으로 게슈탈트 기법을 적용한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 박인우(1995)의 집단상담 프로그램 개발 모형에 기초하여 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안의 단계를 거쳐 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 보육교사의 참여 요구도 조사에서 도출된 공감 능력과 스트레스 대처방식, 교사효능감을 통합적으로 구성하였다. 아울러 교사효능감에서는 통합적 형태의 놀이 중심으로 운영되는 유아교육현장의 특징을 반영하여 놀이 및 활동 지원, 영유아 간 상호작용 지원, 보육과정 평가 내용에 초점을 맞췄고 보육교사의 소진을 회복할 수 있는 게슈탈트 이론의 다양한 기법을 회기내용에 맞게 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 보육교사 소진회복 집단상담 프로그램은 실제적이고 구체적인 지원 내용과 방법을 통합적으로 제시하고 있다는 점과 상담이론에 근거하면서 직무 관련 내용을 포함하고 있다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling program applying Gestalt techniques to prevent or reduce burnout experienced by childcare teachers. To this end, a program was developed through the stages of research, analysis, design, and drafting based on Park In-woo's (1995) group counseling program development model. The program developed in this study integrated empathy skills, stress-coping methods, and teacher efficacy derived from a survey of childcare teachers' participation needs. In addition, teacher efficacy focuses on play and activity support, interaction support between infants and toddlers, and child care process evaluation, reflecting the characteristics of early childhood education sites that operate centered on integrated play, and provide gestalt training that can help childcare teachers recover from burnout. Various theoretical techniques were organized to suit the content of the session. The childcare teacher burnout recovery group counseling program developed in this study is significant in that it comprehensively presents practical and specific support contents and methods, is based on counseling theory, and includes job-related content.
