키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 유아 정서조절 연구동향 분석: 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 유아 정서 관련 선행연구의 현황을 살펴보고, 선행연구에서 다룬 연구 주제의 하위 구조를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 1999년부터 2023년 6월까지 국내에서 발간된 유아 정서조절 학술지 180편 논문의 키워드를 분석대상 자료로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 단어 정제화 작업을 수행하였고, 정제된 키워드 236개는 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 동시 출현 빈도 2회 이상의 상위 100위의 키워드를 UCINET 6을 사용하여 중심성분석, Gephi 0.10.1을 사용하여 전체 네트워크 시각화와 커뮤니티 분석을 각각 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유아 정서조절 관련 연구들의 키워드 빈도는 정서조절, 유아, 정서조절력, 정서지능, 어머니, 자기조절력 순으로 높게 나타났다. 중심성 분석에서 정서조절력, 정서지능, 자기조절력 주제어가 공통적으로 높은 값이 나타났고, 연결중심성과 근접중심성 분석에서는 어머니, 매개중심성 분석에서는 문제행동이 상대적으로 높은 값이 나타났다. 커뮤니티 분석에서 유아 정서조절 관련 선행연구의 하위 구조는 5개로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아의 정서조절을 효과적으로 지원하고, 나아가 유아의 사회정서발달과 정서적 안녕감을 지원할 수 있는 관련 연구들이 수행되기 위해 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of research related to young children’s emotion regulation through keyword network analysis and to identify the sub-structure of these research topics. For the data analysis, keywords were selected from 180 academic journals related to young children’s emotion regulation published in South Korea from 1999 to June 2023. Word refinement was performed on the collected data. Frequency analysis was conducted on 236 refined keywords using SPSS 26.0 and centrality analysis, overall network visualization and community analysis were conducted on the 100 keywords with a co-occurrence appearance of 2 or more utilizing UCINET 6 and Gephi 0.10.1 respectively. As a result of this study, the keyword frequency was found to be high in the following order: ‘emotion regulation,’ ‘young child,’ ‘emotion regulation competence,’ ‘emotional intelligence,’ ‘mother,’ and ‘self-regulation.’ In the centrality analysis, ‘emotional regulation competence,’ ‘emotional intelligence,’ and ‘self-regulation competence’ showed commonly high values. ‘Mother’ in degree centrality and closeness centrality and ‘behavior problem’ in betweenness centrality showed a relatively high value. In community analysis, 5 sub-structures in preceding studies of young children’s emotion regulation were found. This study aims to provide fundamental data needed for effectively supporting young children"s emotional regulation and for conducting related studies that may support children"s social-emotional development and emotional well-being.
