장애아통합어린이집 교사의 놀이지원역량에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석: 교사 유형별 차이를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애아통합어린이집 교사 유형별(일반유아 교사, 장애유아 교사)로 놀이지원역량에 영향을 미치는 변인 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 소재한 장애아통합어린이집 통합반 교사 중 일반유아 교사 150명과 장애유아 교사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 교사들의 놀이성, 놀이교수효능감, 놀이지원역량을 측정하였으며, SPSS를 사용하여 적률상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반유아 교사는 모든 변인의 상관관계가 통계적 유의성이 확보되었으나, 장애유아 교사의 경우 즉흥성과 관련된 모든 변인 간 상관관계는 성립하지 않았다. 둘째, 일반유아 교사는 놀이효능 신념, 재미추구 순으로 정적 영향을 미쳤으나 장애유아 교사의 경우 즉흥성이 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 놀이지원역량에 영향을 미치는 유아·놀이중심 관련 교육 횟수는 교사 유형별 집단 간 차이는 없었으나 교육 횟수에 따른 상대적 영향력은 차이를 나타냈다. 넷째, 교사유형 전체 즉흥성과 놀이결과 기대가 놀이지원역량에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 교육 횟수는 조절변수 역할을 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 교사교육 및 지원 프로그램에서 교사의 유형에 따른 다양성을 고려하여 맞춤형 교육전략을 도출하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the relationship between variables that influence play support competence by type of teacher at Education Centers for children with disabilities. To this end, 150 teachers of regular children and 150 teachers of children with disabilities were among the teachers in Education Centers for Disabled Children. For teachers, measures of playfulness, play teaching efficacy, and play support capability were used and correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted using SPSS. The research results are as follows. First, statistical significance was secured for the correlations between all variables for general preschool teachers, but for teachers of disabled preschoolers, correlations between all variables related to improvisation were not established. Second, teachers of general children had a positive influence in the order of belief in the efficacy of play and pursuit of fun, but for teachers of children with disabilities, improvisation showed a negative correlation. Third, there was no difference between the groups by teacher type in the number of early childhood play-centered trainings that affect play support competence, but there was a difference in the relative influence depending on the number of trainings. Fourth, the number of trainings had a role as a moderating variable in influencing the overall spontaneity and play outcome expectations of each teacher type on play support competence. These findings have important implications for deriving customized educational strategies in teacher education and support programs by considering diversity depending on the type of teacher.
