국공립어린이집 원장의 기질 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 국공립어린이집 원장의 기질과 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스를 살펴봄으로써, 국공립어린이집 원장의 직무스트레스 경감과 대처방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 실시되었다. 서울 및 인천, 울산, 기타 지역에 소재하고 있는 어린이집에 근무 중인 국공립어린이집 원장 222명을 대상으로 기질, 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스 질문지를 통한 조사를 하였다. 결과 처리를 위하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, t-검증, ANOVA, Scheffé의 사후검증, 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 국공립어린이집 원장의 일반적 배경에 따른 기질은 원장의 연령, 경력, 결혼상태, 기관 소재지에 따라 차이가 있었고, 회복탄력성은 원장 경력과 기관 소재지에 따라 차이를 보였는데, 그 가운데 5년 이하 경력집단이 행정 및 재정 관리 관련 스트레스에서 유의미하게 높은 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 국공립어린이집 원장의 기질과 회복탄력성이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서는 원장의 기질 요인 중 부정정서가 정적 영향을 보였고, 회복탄력성의 대인관계 능력과 긍정성이 부적 영향을 보였다. 본 연구 결과가 국공립어린이집 원장의 직무스트레스를 경감시키고 직무스트레스 대처방안을 모색함과 동시에 제도의 개선 측면에서 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to provide basic data on the job stress reduction and counter-measures for the directors of the national and public child care center by examining the temperament, resilience, and job stress. A survey was conducted on 222 directors of national and public child care centers working in Seoul, Incheon, Ulsan, and other regions for temperament, resilience, and job stress questionnaires. First of all for a result of the study, the temperament according to the general background of the director of the national and public child care center differed according to the director's age, career, marital status, and location of the institution, and resilience differed according to the director's experience and location of the institution. The group of less than 5-years-experience showed significantly higher results in administrative and financial management-related stress. Secondly, in the effect of the temperament and resilience and job stress of the directors of the national and public child care center, negative emotions among the temperament factors of the director showed a positive effect, and interpersonal ability and positivity of resilience showed a negative impact. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as primary data in terms of system improvement while reducing job stress and finding ways to cope with job stress by the directors of national and public child care centers.
