블루칼라 및 연관직종 간 이동 패턴 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회 연결망 분석 방법을 활용하여 우리나라의 블루칼라 및 연관직종의 이동 패턴을 파악하고, 현시연관성지수를 도출하여 블루칼라 및 블루칼라 연관직종 간 이동 양상을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 직종의 이동 패턴을 파악하기 위하여 한국노동패널조사의 17차부터 21차까지의 자료를 활용하였으며 직종별 특성인 평균 임금 및 종사자 규모를 파악하기 위하여 고용형태별근로실태조사를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 R과 STATA 14.0을 사용하여 직종 이동 및 현시 연관성 지수를 도출하였고, Netminer 4를 활용하여 사회 연결망 분석으로 직종 이동의 패턴을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 일반적인 직무 스킬을 요구하는 직종인 ‘경영 및 회계 관련 사무직’, ‘매장 판매직’, ‘조리 및 음식 서비스직’ 등이 직종 이동성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 ‘공공 및 기업 고위직’ 등 관리자 직종의 이동성이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 직종의 특성인 평균 임금, 종사자 수 등을 통제하고 직종 이동을 분석한 결과, 블루칼라로 분류되는 한국표준직업분류 중 대분류 7, 8뿐만 아니라 ‘매장 판매직’, ‘조리 및 음식 서비스직’ 등이 블루칼라와 함께 같은 군집으로 분류되어 블루칼라 연관직종으로 나타났다. 블루칼라 연관직종의 이동 패턴을 분석하고자 에고 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과 외향중심성이 높은 직종으로는 ‘이미용·예식 및 의료보조 서비스직’, ‘조리 및 음식 서비스직’, ‘전기 및 전자 관련 기계 조작직’이 도출되었고, 내향중심성이 높은 직종으로는 ‘청소 및 경비 관련 단순노무직’, ‘영상 및 통신 장비 관련 기능직’, ‘운전 및 운송 관련직’이 도출되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로, 우리나라 직종 구조의 이동 및 블루칼라 연관직종 간의 이동에 대한 시사점과 향후 연구를 위한 논의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the movement patterns between blue collar related occupations. In this study, occupational Structure of entire occupation and structure of blue collar related occupations in Korea were derived from the pattern of job mobility Using the 17th(2014) to 21st(2018) KLIPS dataset and information of employment type, average wage, size of workers from Korean Labor Force Survey were used as an attribute data. Revealed Relatedness Index was calculated by R and STATA 14.0, and the pattern of occupational movement was analyzed by social network analysis using Netminer 4. As a result, jobs requiring general job skills such as ‘general and keyboard worker(31)’, ‘sales workers(52)’, and ‘other clerical support workers(44)’ have high job mobility in sub-major(2digit) level of KSCO(The Korean Standard Classification of Occupations), and managing jobs such as ‘chief executives, senior officials and legislators(11)’ The mobility was the lowest. And a result of Cluster analysis, Controlling the average wage and number of workers, blue collar related cluster are including ‘sales workers(52)’, and ‘other clerical support workers(44)’, not only major group 7 and 8 in KSCO classifying as blue collar occupation. Finally, based on the In-Out degree centrality, ego network analysis was conducted to analyze the details of movement between occupations with the top 3(in-out each) centrality occupations. Based on the results of this study, the implications for the shift in the job structure and blue-collar-related occupations in Korea and discussions for future research were presented.
