국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 업·직종별 생애경력설계 프로그램을 개발하는 것으로 국내 여러 업·직종 중 가장 큰 규모를 차지하는 제조업 생산직, 서비스 직종의 특성 및 학습자의 특성을 반영하여 생애경력설계 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사무직종 재직자에 맞추어서 개발되었던 생애경력설계 프로그램을 분석하고, 프로그램의 사용자, 참여자, 의뢰인 등 여러 이해관계자들의 요구를 반영하여 현장에서 수용도 및 만족도 높은 프로그램을 개발하고자 래피드 프로토타입 개발 방법론을 적용하였다. 프로그램 개발을 통해 두 직종에 맞는 직종 적합 사례와 경력개발경로 및 통계자료 등을 제시하였고, 직종별 차별화된 모듈을 추가하였다. 이 연구는 사무직 외의 많은 근로자들에게 적용 가능한 생애경력설계 프로그램을 개발하여 제공했다는 것과 사무직종 외의 재직 근로자들의 경력관리를 지원하고, 교수자인 컨설턴트의 프로그램 활용 폭을 넓혀주었다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 업·직종별 40+, 50+ 생애경력설계 프로그램의 성공적 운영을 위한 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a Life-based career design program for career management of workers in manufacturing and service industries. To achieve this goal, the researcher analyzed previous program designed for office workers and developed customized career management program. The researcher applied the rapid prototype development methodology to develop a highly acceptable program in the field. Through the program development process, career management cases of those two industries were discovered, career development paths and statistical data were presented, and differentiated modules were added for each industry. As the output of the final prototype, we developed a program design, lecture slides, instructor manuals, supplementary instructional materials for learners, case videos, and educational video materials. This study is significant that it has developed a Life-based career design program that applies to many non-office workers, supports their career management, and broadens the scope of instructors to utilize the program.
