국문 초록

창의적 융합인재 육성에 대한 사회적 요구가 높아짐에 따라 대학에서도 학생들의 핵심역량과 창의적 성향을 함양할 수 있는 융합교육에 대한 필요성이 부각되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 대학 핵심역량 함양 융합교육 강화를 위한 전략 마련에 목표를 두고, 현재 공대, 인문대, 경상대 등에 재학 중인 427명의 학생들을 대상으로 핵심역량 체크리스트(이경화, 2014)와 창의적 성향(이경화, 2014)을 측정하여 전공, 학년, 성 등의 특성별로 핵심역량과 창의적 성향에 어떤 특징이 있는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과에 따르면 전공, 학년, 성별로 핵심역량과 창의적 성향에 있어서 차이가 다양하게 나타났으며, 특히 하위요인에서 전공별 특성이 반영된 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학에서 핵심역량 함양 및 창의적 성향을 계발하기 위해서는 학생들의 전공과 학년 및 성별로 체계적이고 차별화된 커리큘럼을 고안해야할 필요가 있음을 의미한다. 뿐만 아니라 융합교육을 하고자 커리큘럼을 개선하고자 할 때에는 전공영역별 핵심역량 및 창의적 성향을 고려하고 이를 토대로 전공 및 교양 수업이 진행되어야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

According to the social demand for development of human resources with core competency and creative personality were increased gradually, to promote core competency and creativity education was highlighted in the university education. In this study, the problem how to implement confluence education based on the core competency for university students and how to develop the creativity education curriculum according to the majors, grades and gender differently. For the purpose of the study, 427 university students were selected randomly and then a core competency checklist and integrative creativity test which were validated in Korean contexts were conducted to them. And Data was statistically processed by using SPSS win 21.0 Program. The results showed the significant differences in core competency and creative personality according to the majors, grades and gender (p<.05). On the other hand, some diversities were found in the areas of sub-factors regarding the dimensions of core competency and the creative personality. These results would suggest that in near future creative and confluence teaching method which was related with each major and creativity and core competency enhancement programs for the university students should be developed and implemented in the curriculum of higher education differently.
