K대학의 학습역량 진단척도 간편형 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 K대학의 학습역량 진단도구 간편형을 개발하여 학생들의 학습역량 진단을 보다 간편하고 쉽게 실시해 효율성을 높이고, 본교 학습역량 교육의 현장 수용성을 제고하며 나아가 타당화 검증을 통해 요인구조를 탐색하여 간편형 학습역량 진단도구의 유용성을 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 K대학 학부 재학생 539명의 응답결과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 학습역량 진단 척도에 대한 일치성, 문항내적합치도를 산출하였으며, 각 하위역량의 문항수를 타당하게 구성하기 위해서 신뢰도가 높은 순으로 문항을 선정하였다. 그 후, 측정모형이 표본자료에 얼마나 잘 부합하는지를 알아보기 위해 요인들의 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 간편형 진단척도가 본 진단도구의 척도를 얼마나 잘 대표하는지를 알아보기 위해 본 진단척도 전체와 축약된 문항의 각 영역, 역량 및 하위역량 간의 평균비교 및 상관을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 기타 측정요인을 포함한 50개 문항으로 이루어진 간편형 학습역량 진단척도를 개발하였다. 3개 영역(학습인지, 학습관리, 학습태도)에 대한 총 50개의 간편형 문항이 선정되었다. 둘째, 간편형 진단척도는 각 영역, 역량, 하위역량 개념의 위계구조를 잘 측정해 주는 타당한 척도인 것으로 나타났으며, 문항 간 동질성이 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 간편형 진단척도에 대한 모형적합도를 살펴본 결과, 각 영역, 역량, 하위역량에서 적합도 지수가 양호하게 나타났으며, 각 영역별 확인적 요인분석 결과, 문항 간 동질성이 확보되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study focused on developing a short-form version of the Learning Competency Diagnostic Tool at K University to facilitate more convenient and efficient assessment of students’ learning competencies, enhance the practical application of the university’s learning competency education. The study also aimed to verity the usefulness of the short-form tool by exploring its factor structure. The responses of 539 undergraduate students at K University were analyzed for this purpose. First, item consistency and internal item reliability of the Learning Competency Diagnostic Scale were calculated, and highly reliable items were selected to appropriately construct the sub-competency scales. Confirmatory factor analysis was then conducted to examine the construct validity of the factors and assess how well the measurement model fit the sample data. Finally, to evaluate the representativeness of the short-form tool relative to the full diagnostic scale, comparisons of mean scores and correlations were conducted across domains, competencies, and sub-competencies. The results showed that, first, a short-form Learning Competency Diagnostic Tool comprising 50 items, including other measurement items, was developed, covering three domains: learning cognition, learning management, and learning attitude. Second, the short-form tool was found to be a valid measure that effectively captures the hierarchical structure of domains, competencies, and sub-competencies, with sufficient item homogeneity. Model fit indices indicated good fit across all domains, competencies, and sub-competencies, and confirmatory factor analysis further confirmed item homogeneity within each domain. Based on these findings, implications and suggestions for future research and practice were discussed.
