국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로역량 및 진로태도성숙의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 325명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 설문의 답변이 불성실한 25부를 제외한 300명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 27.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 각 변인 간의 관계를 확인하고자 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 세 단계의 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도, 진로역량, 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로역량은 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로태도성숙은 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이는 프로티언 경력태도가 대학생의 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 진로역량과 진로태도성숙을 통해 간접적인 영향도 미친다는 점을 시사한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 대학생들이 변화하는 노동시장과 직업 환경 속에서 자기주도적으로 진로를 설계하고 준비하는 과정에서 프로티언 경력태도가 중요한 역할을 하며, 진로역량과 진로태도성숙이 이러한 행동을 촉진하는 핵심 매개 요인임을 보여준다. 또한, 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 증진하기 위해서는 단순 정보 제공이나 기술 습득에 그치지 않고, 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 강화하며, 현실적 진로 목표와 이를 달성하기 위한 구체적인 행동 계획을 함께 마련하는 교육적·상담적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 대학생들이 진로 목표를 구체화하고, 이에 필요한 역량과 태도를 동시에 개발할 수 있는 맞춤형 프로그램 설계의 근거 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 나아가 이러한 결과는 대학 차원의 다차원적 진로 지원 체계 마련과 학생 개개인의 진로 성숙 및 역량 강화를 위한 종합적 전략 수립에도 기여할 수 있음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of career competencies and career attitude maturity on the relationship between protean career attitudes and career preparation behavior of university students. To this end, an online survey was conducted with 325 university students. After excluding 25 responses due to insincere or incomplete answers, data from 300 participants were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Ver. 27.0 program. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships among variables, and a three-step regression analysis, as proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986), was employed to test the mediating effects. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between university students' protean career attitudes, career competencies, career attitude maturity, and career preparation behavior. Second, in the relationship between university students' protean career attitudes and career preparation behavior, a partial mediating effect of career competencies was verified. Third, in the relationship between university students' protean career attitudes and career preparation behavior, a partial mediating effect of career attitude maturity was verified. These findings suggest that educational and counseling interventions should focus on strengthening students’ self-directed and value-driven orientations and supporting the development of realistic career goals with concrete action plans. Such efforts can provide a foundation for tailored programs and comprehensive university-level career support systems that enhance students’ career competencies and attitude maturity.
