국문 초록

현대사회에서 임산부는 신체적·정서적으로 다양한 변화와 불편을 겪는다. 이에 임산부의 정서적 안정을 위해 ‘민감성’에 초점을 맞춰 기존의 지원 중심에 국한된 정책에서 벗어나 더 나아가는 감각 중심 환경 디자인 설계의 필요성과 의의를 시사한다. 임산부의 특성과 감각처리민감성 간의 연관성과 이들의 일상에서 발생하는 불편함을 다각적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 사례 분석을 통해 감각 안정 환경이 실질적으로 삶의 질 향상에 기여함을 확인하고, 과자극을 완화하는 경험 설계를 통한 사회적 포용 디자인의 방향성을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 감각적 배려 디자인의 개념을 ‘감각권 디자인’으로 정의하며, 공공서비스와 정책 차원에서 새로운 패러다임으로 제안한다. 본 연구는 감각 민감성을 고려한 디자인 접근이 사회적 포용성 및 권리 보장과 공공서비스의 질적 전환에 핵심 역할을 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In modern society, pregnant women experience various physical and emotional changes and discomforts. Therefore, this study explores the necessity and significance of sensory-centered environmental design, which focuses on ‘sensory sensitivity’ to promote emotional stability in pregnant women, moving beyond existing support-centered policies. The study examined the relationship between the characteristics of pregnant women and sensory processing sensitivity, as well as the discomforts arising in their daily lives from multiple perspectives. Furthermore, through case analysis, it confirmed that sensory-stable environments practically contribute to improving quality of life and proposed the direction of social inclusive design through experience design that mitigates overstimulation. Through this, the concept of sensory consideration design is defined as ‘sensory rights design’ and proposed as a new paradigm at the level of public services and policy design. This study emphasizes that a design approach considering sensory sensitivity plays a pivotal role in social inclusion, rights protection, and the qualitative transformation of public services.
