제주지역 패스트푸드점 키오스크 특성이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 경험적 가치를 조절변수로

국문 초록

본 연구는 비대면 서비스를 중심으로 한 키오스크 사용이 제주지역에서도 급속히 확대되고 있는 시점에 맞추어, 제주지역에 카오스크 사용이 일반화되어 있는 패스트푸드점 이용 고객을 대상으로 키오스크의 특성이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하 고, 사용에 따른 경험적 가치가 키오스크 특성과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 조절효과를 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 고객의 요구에 부합하는 제주지역의 키오스크 개발 방향과 제주지역 패스트푸드점에서의 키오스크 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 분석결 과, 키오스크의 편리성(.243), 흥미성(.170), 신속성(.167), 신뢰성(.154), 유용성 (.153)이 지속적 이용의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경험적 가치의 조절효과는 설명력(R²)이 .643에서 .683, 최종적으로 .692로 증가하여 경험적 가치는 키오스크 특성과 지속적 이용의도 간의 관계에 조절 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 제주지역 패스트푸드점의 키오스크 특성은 고객의 지속적 이용 의도에 영향을 미치며, 경험적 가치는 조절변수로서 의미있는 역할을 수행하며, 패스트 푸드점 키오스크 특성 요인 중 편리성, 신뢰성, 신속성만이 지속적 이용의도에 조절효 과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In line with the rapid expansion of kiosk use centered on non-face-to-face services in Jeju, this study attempted to identify the impact of kiosk characteristics on continuous use intention for fast food restaurant customers who are generalized in kiosk use in Jeju, and to examine the moderating effect of experiential value on kiosk characteristics and continuous use intention. Through this, we intend to contribute to the direction of kiosk development in Jeju that meets the needs of customers and the revitalization of kiosks in fast food restaurants in Jeju. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the convenience (.243), interest (.170), speed (.167), reliability (.154), and usefulness (.153) of the kiosk had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue using, and the moderating effect of the empirical value increased the explanatory power (R²) from .643 to .683, and finally .692, indicating that the empirical value had a moderating effect on the relationship between the kiosk characteristics and the intention to continue using. Therefore, the kiosk characteristics of fast food restaurants in Jeju affect the customer's continuous use intention, empirical value plays a meaningful role as a control variable, and among the characteristics of fast food restaurants, only convenience, reliability, and speed affect continuous use intention is controlled by empirical value.
