국문 초록

연구목적 이 연구는 장애통합보육이 확대됨에 따라, 장애보육에 대한 사회적 책임 개념을 탐색하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 예비장애보육교사를 대상으로 장애보육에서의 사회적 책임에 대한 구성개념을 탐색하고, 이를 기반으로 한 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 연구방법 선행연구 분석을 통해 예비문항을 구성하고, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 최종 11문항, 3요인 구조의 장애보육 사회적 책임 척도를 개발하였다. 연구결과 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석 결과, 본 장애보육 사회적 책임 척도는 신뢰롭고 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 이 연구를 통해 장애보육에 대한 사회적 책임을 보다 명확히 이해하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 제공함으로써, 향후 대학교육에서부터 이러한 사회적 책임을 함양할 수 있는 체계적인 장애보육교사 교육이 이루어지길기대한다.

영문 초록

Purpose This study aims to explore the concept of social responsibility for children with disabilities in the context of childcare and to develop a scale to measure it. To this end, we explored the construct concept of social responsibility in childcare for children with disabilities among prospective special education childcare teachers and developed a scale based on this concept. Method Preliminary questions were developed through analysis of previous studies, and a final social responsibility scale with an 11-item, 3-factor structure was developed through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results Reliability and validity analysis confirmed that the social responsibility scale for children with disabilities demonstrated strong psychometric properties. Conclusion Through this study, we aim to provide a clearer understanding of social responsibility in childcare for children with disabilities, along with a scale to measure it, thereby facilitating the systematic education of childcare teachers of children with disabilities, beginning with university-level training.
