국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 재택 및 시설 순회교육 경험에 기반한 순회교육의 의의와, 어려움, 그리고 필요로 하는 지원을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 실질적인 지원 방안과 향후 순회교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법 Noblit, Hare의 질적 메타분석 방법에 근거하여 6단계를 통해 총 9편의 질적연구를 선정하였으며 이를 토대로 질적 메타분석의 방법을 활용하여 대범주, 하위범주, 내용요소를 도출하였다. 연구결과 본 연구의 결과로써 총 3개의 대범주, 7개의 하위범주, 21개의 내용요소가 도출되었다. 대범주는 첫째, 순회교육의 운영 구조 및 교육과정 실행, 둘째, 순회교육에서의 관계 형성과 상호작용의 경험, 셋째, 순회교육의 질 향상을 위한 실행 과제이다. 결론 연구 결과를 토대로 특수교사의 재택 및 시설 순회교육의 질적 향상을 위해 여섯가지 논의점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose This study aimed to explore special education teachers’ experiences with homebased and facility-based itinerant education, identifying its significance, challenges, and support needs. Based on these findings, the study proposed relevant support strategies and future directions for itinerant education. Method A qualitative meta-analysis was conducted based on Noblit and Hare’s method. A total of nine qualitative studies were selected through a six-step process and analyzed to derive major categories, subcategories, and content elements. Results Three major categories, seven subcategories, and twenty-one content elements were derived: (1) operational structure and curriculum implementation of itinerant education, (2) experiences of relationship building and interaction within itinerant education, (3) implementation tasks for improving itinerant education quality. Conclusion Based on the findings, six discussion points were presented to enhance the quality of home-based and facility-based itinerant education provided by special education teachers.
