미용전공 성인학습자의 학습실재감이 주관적안녕감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

미용분야는 직무 특성상 학습의 환경과 상호작용이 중요하다. 이러한 미용전공 성인학습자의 성공적인 평생교육의 안착을 위해서는 실제 학습환경에서 학습자의 인식을 파악하고 만족과 성취감을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 적극적으로 사회참여를 하고 학습에 열의를 보이는 성인학습자들의 삶의 질이 높아지고 자신이 인식하는 행복의 수준이 올라가는 것이다. 본 연구는 미용전공 성인학습자의 학습실재감이 주관적안녕감에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써, 성인학습자의 행복 증진을 위한 교육적 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 미용을 전공하는 성인학습자이며, 통계분석은 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 학습실재감의 특성을 분석한 결과 감성적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 인지적 실재감 순으로 높은 영향을 나타났으며 주관적안녕감의 요인은 긍정정서, 삶의 만족도, 부정정서 순으로 나타났다. 학습실재감 중 인지적 실재감, 감성적 실재감, 사회적 실재감이 높을수록 삶의 만족도도 높아지는 것으로 볼 수 있고, 사회적 실재감, 감성적 실재감이 높을수록 긍정정서도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지적 실재감이 높을수록 부정정서는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 학습실재감의 하위요소인 인지적, 사회적, 감성적 실재감이 모두 주관적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 미용전공 성인학습자들이 자신의 존재감을 인식하고 학습 환경에 적극적으로 참여함으로써, 정서적 안정을 도모하고 행복 증진에 기여하며, 궁극적으로는 그들의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In the beauty industry, the learning environment and interaction are important due to the nature of the job. In order to successfully establish lifelong education for these beauty major adult learners, it is important to understand learners’ perceptions in the actual learning environment and increase their satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. Adult learners who actively participate in society and show enthusiasm for learning experience improved quality of life and increased levels of happiness they perceive. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the sense of learning presence on the subjective sense of well-being of adult learners majoring in cosmetology, and to provide educational implications for the improvement of the happiness of adult learners. The subjects of the study were adult learners majoring in beauty, and statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of learning presence, emotional reality, social reality, and cognitive reality were found to have a high influence in that order, and the factors of subjective well-being were positive emotions, life satisfaction, and negative emotions in that order. It can be seen that the higher the cognitive sense of reality, emotional reality, and social reality, the higher the life satisfaction, and the higher the sense of social and emotional reality, the higher the positive emotion, and the higher the cognitive reality, the lower the negative emotion. In conclusion, cognitive, social, and emotional presence, which are sub-factors of learning presence, were all found to have a positive effect on subjective well-being. This will help adult cosmetology learners to recognize their presence and actively participate in the learning environment, thereby promoting emotional stability, contributing to their happiness, and ultimately improving their quality of life.
