국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국어교육에서 직업문식성의 개념과 중요성을 확인하고 비즈니스 한국어 교재에서 직업문식성 주제를 분석하는 것에 목표를 두었다. NCS를 한국어교육 맞춤형으로 재구성하여 유학생을 위한 직무 능력으로 ‘의사소통 능력, 종합적 사고 능력, 정보처리 및 활용 능력, 사회문화적응 능력, 근로 윤리 이해 능력, 업무수행 능력, 자기관리 능력, 대인관계 능력’ 유형으로 분류하여 비즈니스 한국어 교재를 분석하였다. 그 결과 수리 능력, 자원관리, 조직 이해, 문서 작성 등이 포함되는 업무수행 능력이 가장 많이 제시되었고, 다음으로 ‘자기관리능력> 대인관계능력>사회문화적응능력> 의사소통능력> 종합적사고능력> 근로윤리이해능력> 정보처리 및 활용 능력’으로 나타났다. 그런데 근로윤리이해능력과 정보처리 및 활용 능력의 제시가 다른 능력의 제시에 비해 현저하게 부족하여 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것이다. 이러한 분석 내용은 다소 기초적인 작업이기는 하나 향후 직업 목적 한국어교육에서 직업문식성 강화를 위한 교육 방안을 구안하는 데에 기초적인 재료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to confirm the concept and importance of job literacy in Korean education and analyze job literacy topics in teaching materials for Korean for business purposes. By reorganizing NCS into customization for Korean education, the study categorized job competency for students studying abroad into “communication, holistic thinking, information processing and utilization, sociocultural adaptation, understanding of work ethics, performance, self-management, and interpersonal competency” and analyzed teaching materials for Korean for business purposes. The results show that the teaching materials presented performance competency most which covered mathematical ability, resource management, organizational understanding, and documentation. It was followed by “self-management, interpersonal, sociocultural adaptation, communication, holistic thinking, understanding of work ethics, and information processing and utilization competency” in descending order. The presentation of understanding of work ethics and information processing and utilization competency was considerably less than that of other competencies and required supplementation. This analytical content is somewhat fundamental work, but it will provide basic materials to devise educational plans that will reinforce job literacy in future Korean education for job purposes.
