국문 초록

본 연구는 정부 창업지원과 디지털역량이 농업인의 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 농업은국가 경제와 식량 안보에 필수적인 부문이나, 농업인은 자원과 규모의 한계로 인해 시장 변화에 대응하는 데어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하고 농업인의 지속 가능한 성장을 지원하기 위해, 정부 차원의 체계적인 창업지원 정책과 디지털 역량 강화가 필요하다. 특히 창업지원과 디지털 기술 활용은 농업 분야의 경쟁력제고와 새로운 성장 동력 확보에 핵심적인 역할을 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 경북 지역 농업인을 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 방식으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 정부창업지원(교육지원, 자금지원, 마케팅지원), 디지털역량, 창업성과를 측정하는 항목으로 구성되었으며, 모든 문항은 5점 리커트 척도를 사용하여 설계하였다. 수집된 125부의 유효 응답을 바탕으로 SPSS 29.0을 활용하여다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 정부 창업지원의 하위 변수 중 교육지원은 창업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 반면, 자금지원과 마케팅지원은 유의미한 영향을 나타내지 않았다. 이는 농업 창업의 특성상 단순한 금전적 지원이나 마케팅 지원보다는 교육을 통한 역량 강화가 더욱 효과적임을 시사한다. 또한 디지털역량은 창업성과에 정(+)의 유의미한영향을 미쳐, 농업 창업에서 디지털 기술 활용이 중요한 성공 요인임을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 디지털 전환 시대에 부합하는 농업 창업 지원 정책의 방향성을 제안하고, 정부 창업지원과 디지털역량이 농업 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 통해 농업인의 창업성과를 높이기 위한 정책적 개선 방안과 실무적 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study empirically analyzes the impact of government entrepreneurial support and digital competence on the entrepreneurial performance of agricultural entrepreneurs. Although agriculture is a vital sector for the national economy and food security, agricultural entrepreneurs often face difficulties in responding to market changes due to limited resources and scale constraints. To overcome these limitations and support the sustainable growth of agricultural entrepreneurs, systematic government-level entrepreneurial support policies and the enhancement of digital competence are essential. In particular, entrepreneurial support and the utilization of digital technologies can play a crucial role in enhancing competitiveness and securing new growth drivers in the agricultural sector. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted targeting agricultural entrepreneurs in the Gyeongbuk region using both online and offline methods. The questionnaire was composed of items measuring government entrepreneurial support (education support, financial support, and marketing support), digital competence, and entrepreneurial performance, all rated on a five-point Likert scale. Based on 125 valid responses, multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 29.0. The analysis results showed that among the sub-variables of government entrepreneurial support, education support had a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, whereas financial support and marketing support did not have a significant effect. This suggests that for agricultural entrepreneurship, strengthening competencies through education is more effective than simply providing financial or marketing support. Additionally, digital competence had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance, indicating that the use of digital technologies is a critical success factor in agricultural entrepreneurship. Based on these findings, this study proposes a policy direction for entrepreneurial support in agriculture that aligns with the digital transformation era and empirically verifies the impact of government entrepreneurial support and digital competence on entrepreneurial performance. It is expected that these results will contribute to the development of improved policies and practical strategies to enhance the entrepreneurial performance of agricultural entrepreneurs.
