국문 초록

본 연구는 청년패널조사(YP2021) 데이터를 활용하여 청년자영업자의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 청년자영업자의 교육수준 적합도가 높을수록 직업만족도가 유의미하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공과 직무의 일치도가 높을수록 직업만족도 또한 향상하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 다음과 같은 정책적 시사점을 제안한다. 우선, 청년자영업자의 직업만족도를 제고하기위해서는 이들의 교육수준을 고려한 맞춤형 컨설팅 및 사전 교육지원이 필요하다. 또한, 청년자영업자가 자신의 전공과높은 연관성을 가지는 업종을 선택할 수 있도록 체계적이고 질 높은 직무 연계 프로그램(job matching)의 구축이 요구된다. 아울러, 청년자영업자를 대상으로 정기적인 모니터링을 실시하고, 이들의 경영 애로사항을 반영한 제도적 지원체계를마련한다면, 직업만족도의 향상뿐만 아니라 창업의 지속성과 성공률 제고에도 긍정적으로 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the occupational satisfaction of young self-employed people using youth panel data (YP2021). As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the higher the suitability of the education level of young self-employed people, the higher the occupational satisfaction. Second, it was analyzed that the higher the major consistency of young self-employed people, the higher the occupational satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the following implications are to be presented. This suggests that in order to improve the occupational satisfaction of young self-employed people, prior education support such as consulting diagnosis is necessary in consideration of the level of education. In addition, high-quality miscellaneous matching support is needed to select an industry that is highly related to the major of young self-employed people. Finally, if continuous monitoring is conducted for young self-employed people to identify difficulties and establish a systematic institutional foundation, it will be able to contribute to improving occupational satisfaction and increasing the success rate of startups of young self-employed people.
