助詞「を」を入れた謙譲語表現について

국문 초록

In this article, I focused on expressions that include the particle wo in the humble form of verbs and analyzed examples of their usage in politicians’ speeches. The survey was conducted by using text and video materials from regular press conferences held by the governors of Tokyo, Osaka, and Aichi prefectures to collect humble words. The findings are as follows: ①The humble forms of the verbs itasu and itadaku often incorporate the particle wo, with the form ~wo itasu being the most commonly used among the three governors. ②Specific expressions that frequently use wo, such as onegai wo itasu and goran wo itadaku are identified. ③In some cases, the unnecessary addition of wo creates an unnatural impression or results in grammatically incorrect forms. ④The number and types of humble expressions with wo vary depending on the speaker. Additionally, the use of humble expressions with wo can be attributed to several factors: the intention to convey a more formal and respectful tone, the need to emphasize the content of a political statement, and the tendency to treat the o/go~ part as an independent noun that expresses respect.

영문 초록

本稿では、動詞の謙譲語形式に助詞「を」を入れた表現に注目し、政治家 の発言における使用例を分析·考察した。調査は、東京都、大阪府、愛知県の3知事の定例記者会見のテキストと動画資料を用い、「を」入れ謙譲語を収集する方法で行った。 結果から分かったことは、次のとおりである。①「いたす」系と「いただ く」系の謙譲語形式に「を」を入れることが多く、特に「~をいたす」という形が3人の知事に共通して最も多く使われている。②「お願いをいたす」「ご覧をいただく」のように、「を」を入れてよく使われる特定の表現が存在する。③不要に「を」を加えて不自然な印象を与える場合や、文法的に誤った形式の例もみられる。④話者によって使用傾向に差が存在する。 また、「を」を入れた謙譲語表現を使用する理由としては、改まりを意識した丁重な表現として「を」を加えるほか、政治家の発言内容を強調する意図や、「お/ご~」の部分を敬意を示す名詞として捉える意識が働いている可能性が考えられる。
