『伊勢物語』第二十七段考 - 旧注から新注『伊勢物語古意』への注釈の特徴を中心に

국문 초록

In this paper, I reveal the characteristics and developmental aspects of the changes in annotations of Ise Monogatari from the old annotations to the new annotations in Ise Monogatari Koi. By analyzing the interpretations surrounding Chapter 27 of Ise Monogatari, I explored various directions of each annotation book in the development of annotations for a single chapter from the era of old annotations to that of new annotations. The era of old annotations is the period in which renga poets conducted principal studies on Ise Monogatari. These annotation books tell us that the disciples inherited the interpretive tradition by preserving the earlier annotations and interpreting the original texts of Ise Monogatari. On the other hand, the era of new annotations is the period in which the scholars of Japanese classical literature annotated Ise Monogatari. With the introduction of the “Manabon” text, which was absent in the era of old annotations, these scholars presented their own view relating to the importance of studying ancient texts by comparing and considering various ancient texts and thereby developing annotations. This enabled them to shed light on the differences in the developments of annotations from the old to the new annotations and clarify the significance of the new annotations. In sum, the present study reveals what is expressed in the annotations of Ise Monogatari during the transitional period from the old to the new annotations and in each of the annotation books themselves.

영문 초록

本論文は、旧注から新注の『伊勢物語古意』への、『伊勢物語』の注解の特徴や展開様相を明らかにしたものである。そこで、『伊勢物語』第二十七段をめぐる解釈を通して、旧注の時代から新注の時代にかけての、ある一つの段の注釈の展開においても、それぞれの注釈書のさまざまな方向性を探ることができたと思われる。 旧注の時代とは、連歌師たちによって『伊勢物語』の主な研究が行われていた時期である。これらの注釈書は、弟子の手で先行注釈が守り継がれ、そういう『伊勢物語』の本文を読むという、注釈的伝統を継承していくのが確認できる。一方、新注の時代とは、『伊勢物語』の注釈が国学者によって行われていた時期である。旧注の時代になかった「真名本」の提示とともに、さまざまな古文献の比較と検討という、注釈の展開を通して、古い書物の研究が肝腎である、彼らの考えを打ち出したと言える。そこから、旧注との注釈の展開の差を明らかにし、新注の存在を明確化していることが確認できる。 以上のように、旧注から新注の『伊勢物語古意』への、転換期における『伊勢物語』の注解と、また、それぞれの注釈書に何が表明されているかという点を把握することができたと思われる。
