국문 초록

In recent years, China’s film and television culture has developed rapidly, among which the outstanding works related to criminal police investigation and case handling, society and the rule of law, such as “Sweeping the Black Storm” and “White Night Chase” have been broadcast, causing a strong social response. But looking into the details, there are also some works with similar themes that have many loopholes, and even basic legal common sense errors. To carry out the research of this project, firstly, to make use of the professional knowledge of investigation, to deeply explore the compatibility of investigation measures and methods in movies and TV dramas with realistic investigation activities, and to analyze whether the investigation behavior in movies and TV dramas conforms to legal procedures and whether the investigation technology conforms to scientific principles, so as to improve the professional skills of investigation; The second is to discuss the influence of investigation measures and methods in criminal investigation films and TV dramas on society. For example, how the investigation measures and methods in movies and TV dramas affect the audienc’s cognition and understanding of criminal investigation work, and whether they help to enhance the audience’s awareness of crime prevention, etc., so as to improve cognition and prevent crimes. Thirdly, through the process of investigators’ use of investigative measures and methods shown in movies and dramas, materials reflecting theprofessional spirit of investigators such as loyalty and persistence are collected to prepare for the development of the second class.

영문 초록

近年来，我国影视文化事业发展迅速，其中有关侦查办案、犯罪治理等相关题材的优秀作品如《扫黑风暴》《白夜追凶》一经播出，引发了强烈的社会反响。但究其细节，也有部分类似题材的作品存在不少漏洞，甚至出现了基本的法律常识错误。开展本项目研究，一是利用掌握的侦查专业知识，深入探究影视剧中侦查措施和方法与现实侦查活动的契合度，分析影视剧中的侦查行为是否符合法律程序，侦查技术是否符合科学原理，进而提升侦查专业技能；二是探讨刑侦影视剧中的侦查措施和方法对社会的影响。如影视剧中的侦查措施和方法如何影响观众对刑事侦查工作的认知和理解，有助于增强观众的犯罪预防意识，起到提升认知、预防犯罪的目的。三是通过影视剧中所展现的侦查人员运用侦查措施和方法的过程，收集体现侦查人员忠诚、执着等职业精神的素材，为开拓第二课堂做前期准备。
