교수설계자를 위한 ChatGPT 활용 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

이 연구는 ADDIE 모형을 토대로 교수설계자 대상 ChatGPT 활용 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과성을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구 및 사례분석을 통해 교수설계자를 위한 ADDIE 모형에 따른 ChatGPT 교육 프로그램을 개발하였고, 중·장년 교수설계자 36명을 대상으로 교육 프로그램을 실시하였다. 교육 전·후에 교육의 효과성을 확인하기 위한 검사를 실시하였고, 총 16명의 교수설계자가 참여하였다. 분석방법은 대응표본 t-검정과 비모수 검정인 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon’s signed ranks test)을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자의 특성을 고려한 교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 이 연구는 학습자의 연령층을 고려하여 ADDIE 모형 기반 ChatGPT 활용 교육 프로그램을 개발함으로써 동기 부여, 학습자와 관련성이 높은 사례 제시 등을 수행하였다. 둘째, 중·장년 교수설계자 대상 ChatGPT를 활용한 교육 프로그램의 교육 효과성 측정 결과, 효능감 및 학습지속의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 결과를 통해 최근 중·장년 교수설계자에게 테크놀로지 이해 및 활용 역량이 요구되고 있고, ChatGPT 활용이 교수설계의 기제로서 긍정적인 영향을 주기 때문에, 이와 관련된 역량 함양의 중요성을 재확인하였다. 이는 앞으로 인공지능 기술에 대한 지속적인 교육 지원뿐만 아니라 교수체제개발 기반 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증에 대한 탐색적 시도가 기술, 대상에 따라 더욱 진행될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a ChatGPT-based educational program for instructional designers using the ADDIE model and to verify its effectiveness. An educational program for instructional designers was developed through a review of previous research and case analyses following the ADDIE model. The program involved 36 middle-aged and older instructional designers. To assess the program’s effectiveness, testes were conducted before and after the program with participation of 16 instructional designers. The analysis methods included the paired sample t-test and the non-parametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The study’s findings are summarized as follows. First, the educational program was designed in consideration of the characteristics of the learners. This study presented examples of how to develop a training program using ChatGPT based on the ADDIE model, such as the age group of learners, their motivation, and their relevance to learners. Second, as a result of measuring the educational effectiveness of the educational program using ChatGPT for middle-aged and elderly instructional designers, it was found that it had a positive effect on efficacy, intention to continue learning. In conclusion, middle-aged and older instructional designers are need to possess the ability to understand and utilize technology in instructional design.
