영문 초록

The film industry is given a great deal of weight because it is a important field of culture industry, mixing culture with industry, digital technology, and it has full-duplex and pervasive effect. But concentrating on the capital region caused an inequality of culture industry. It is necessary to discuss on the projects to revigorate the film industry in Gyeongbuk province because of a high standard in the number of a companies and employees. It is necessary to go ahead with plans by stages for growth of the film industry in Gyeongbuk province. The first, the promotion plans to network the film industry are to manage forums of cooperation between industry and the academic world, to secure channels of renovation network, to gather databases about pool of experts, to conclude agreements with exchanges between industry and the academic world, and to connect innovative resources of the agencies concerned. The second, the promotion plans to support companies are to investigate demands of the companies, to manage the growth of companies, to go on with programs supporting and connecting companies, and to support production of contents and inauguration of enterprises. The third, the promotion plans to cultivate experts are to educate centering around the field, to exchange between industry and the academic world, to found technology researches, to proceed with education programs, to educate new technique for men of business, to conduct seminars on a special technology, and to support study by observation of young people. The fourth, the promotion plans to revitalize locations are to make policy for support, to construct support system for locations of a wide area, to have a correct understanding about the film industry, to connect with the tourist industry, and to organize film commission.
