보육교사가 통합교육 실천 및 실천적 지식을 형성하는 제도적 맥락의 특성

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사가 통합교육 실천과 실천적 지식을 형성해가는 제도적 맥락의 특성을 인간생태학적 관점에서 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 통합교육의 실천을 위한 맥락적 특성을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 연구에 참여한 교사들은 대외적으로 통합교육을 표방하며 상호협력적인 교류를 하고 있는 세 개의 어린이집 교사 10명으로 반구조화된 개별 면담을 실행하고 문서 자료를 수집하여 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 통합교육 실천과 실천적 지식이 형성되는 제도적 맥락은 첫째, 보육교사들의 통합교육 실천으로 유도하는 기저 맥락은 통합교육을 격려하는 대학의 교육과정, 장애유아와의 만남 기회를 확장시키는 잠재적 교육과정, 자기성장을 기대할 수 있는 표방된 통합보육기관, 다양한 지원망을 가진 시스템이었다. 둘째, 인적 자원의 효율성을 높이는 정례화된 협의활동, 다양한 실천이 파생되는 장(場), 실천적 지식이 공식화되는 공동체 문화라는 제도적 맥락의 특성을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 그 교육적 시사점 및 인간생태학적 관점의 유용성에 관해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the institutional context of early childhood teachers' perceptions on institutional context of practical knowledges and practices for inclusive education. Data from semi-structured face to face interviews and the documents related to their inclusive education experiences by 10 day care teachers were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the basic contexts leading the early childhood teacher's practice for inclusive education are 1) the college curricula encouraged to practice for inclusive education, 2) latent curriculum meeting face to face children with special needs, 3) the institutes advocating inclusive education which can make teachers' self-development of inclusive education practices come true, 4) the network systems providing the various support. Second, the institutional contexts leading the practical knowledges of day care teachers are the regularization of consultative meetings improving efficiency of the human resources, the fields deriving various practices, and the community cultures formulating the practical knowledges. The educational implications and the effectiveness of human ecological perspective on understanding the institutional contexts were discussed.
