국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 특수학급 교사의 임파워먼트와 전문성 인식이 교직헌신에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 임파워먼트와 교직헌신의 관계 속에서 전문성 인식이 어떠한 조절효과를 나타내는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 전국 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 그들을 무선표집하여 연구대상을 선정하였으며 264부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구는 자기보고 형식의 연구 도구를 사용하였으며 총 세 가지 척도를 사용하였다. 그리고 특수학급 교사의 임파워먼트, 전문성 인식 및 교직헌신 간의 인과성과 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수학급 교사의 임파워먼트가 교직헌신에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 임파워먼트는 교직헌신의 하위요인인 전문의식, 교육애, 열정 및 교직헌신 전체에 직접적인 영향력을 나타내었다. 둘째, 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식이 교직헌신에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아본 결과, 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식은 교직헌신의 하위요인인 전문의식, 교육애, 열정 및 교직헌신 전체에 직접적인 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 특수학급 교사의 임파워먼트와 교직헌신의 관계에서 전문성 인식의 조절효과를 알아본 결과, 특수학급 교사의 전문성 인식은 임파워먼트가 교직헌신을 높이는데 영향을 미친다는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 특수학급 교사의 임파워먼트가 그들의 교직헌신에 의미 있는 영향을 줌과 전문성 인식의 조절효과를 검증하였으므로 이를 기반으로 한 교사 연수 등의 개발과 적극적인 정책 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of special class teachers’ empowerment and recognition of professionalism on their teaching commitment and aimed to explore whether professionalism recognition has a moderate effect on the relationship between empowerment and teaching commitment factors. Method: This study used a total of 264 copies. In addition, the study used multiple regression and hierarchical regression analysis to analyze the effect and moderating effect on special teacher empowerment, recognition of professionalism, and teaching commitment. Results: First, results showed that empowerment directly influenced sub-factors of teaching commitment such as professionalism, educational affection, passion, and commitment to teaching in a wide range of factors. Second, the study findings showed that special class teachers’ professionalism recognition directly influenced sub-factors of teaching commitment such as professionalism, educational affection, passion, and commitment to teaching. Third, results showed that the effects of empowerment enhance special class teachers’ teaching commitment. Conclusion: These study found that the empowerment of special class teachers had a significant influence on their further teaching commitment, and also it verified the moderating effect of professional recognition. Therefore, it seems necessary to actively support teacher training programs and develop related policy measures.
