수정된 그림책 읽기와 보완대체의사소통 중재가 중복장애 아동의 의미관계 및 어휘 습득에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 수정된 그림책 읽기와 AAC 중재가 중복장애 아동의 의미관계와 어휘 습득에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이었다. 연구방법: 연구 참여자는 7세의 초등학교 1학년 아동들로 모두 특수학급에 재학 중인 여 아동 한 명과 남 아동 한 명이었다. 연구 참여 아동들의 지능은 59～64 범위였으며, 언어연령은 35개월～40개월이었다. 연구 설계는 행동간 중다간헐기초선 설계를 사용하였으며, 그림책을 수정하고 음성산출 의사소통 도구를 사용하여 연구자와 아동과 함께 책 읽기 활동을 하면서 중재 전략으로 공동관심, 개방형 질문하기, 언어촉구, 모델링, 신체적 촉구를 최소-최대 촉구법을 적용하였다. 연구결과: 수정된 그림책 읽기와 AAC 중재는 본 연구에 참여한 중복장애 아동들의 행위자-행위, 대상-행위, 실체-서술 의미관계 표현과 어휘 습득에 효과적이었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 AAC를 필요로 하는 중복장애 아동을 위한 그림책 수정과 언어발달 중재에 대한 많은 정보를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find effects of adapted picture book reading and AAC intervention on the semantic relation and vocabulary acquisition of children with multiple disabilities. Method: The participants were two elementary school students including one boy and one girl. They were 7 years old, and intellectual quotient were 59～64. Their language age were from 35 months to 40 months. This study used a low tech speech generating device and 12 adapted picture books. The research design was multiple probe baseline design across behaviors. The intervention strategies were used with joint attention, open ended question, request, modelling, and physical prompt. Results: The results indicated the adapted picture book reading and AAC intervention effected on the improvement of semantic relation (agent-action, object-action, and entity-statement) and vocabulary acquisition of children with multiple disabilities. Conclusion: The results of this study would provide lots of information about the adapted book and language development intervention for children with multiple disabilities.
