국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 비디오 자기모델링과 자기점검 연합 중재를 통해 지적장애 청소년의 지역사회 이동 기술의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 A 시에 거주하는 지적장 애 청소년 1명을 대상자로 모집한 후에 2021년 9월 부터 2021년 12월까지 총 14주간 비디오 자기 모델링과 자기점검 연합 중재를 실시하였다. 연구 설계는 단일대상연구설계(single subject design) 중 행동간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였으며, 기초선, 중재, 유지 및 일반화로 진행 하였다. 3∼5회기의 기초선, 4∼6회기의 중재, 1주간의 휴지기를 거쳐 3회기의 유지, 1∼3주간의 휴지기를 가진 후 2회기의 일반화 측정을 진행하였다. 연구대상자는 본인 스스로 지역사회이동을 성공적으로 하는 모습이 담긴 동영상과 자기점검 체크리스트 중재를 실시했다. 지하철, 버스, 택시의 활동분석은 각각 17, 14, 13단계로 구성된 지역사회 이동 기술에서 각 세부단계의 정반응과 오반응을 산출해 수행률을 나타냈다. 연구결과: 지하철, 버스, 택시 이용기술 모두 100% 수행률로 나타났다. 중재 종료 후 실시한 유지 및 일반화 단계에서도 유의미한 효과를 나타냈다. 결론: 본 연구 결과는 비디오 자기모델링과 자기점검 연합 중재가 지적장애 청소년 지역사회이동 기술 습득에 효과가 있음을 제시한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This research is intended to identify the effects of video self-modeling and self-monitoring interventions on community mobility skills for a youth with an intellectual disability. Method: The subject of this study is an adolescent with an intellectual disability living in City A, and the video self-modeling and self-monitoring interventions were performed together for 14 weeks from September 2021 to December 2021. The type of research methodology is single subject design with the use of multiple probe design across behaviors, and it was carried out based on the period: baseline, intervention, follow-up, and generalization. The baseline was measured for three to five sessions, and the intervention was for four to six insert period sessions, after a week for a rest period, the follow-up was measured for three sessions. After another rest period for one to three weeks, the generalization was measured for two sessions. A video about the subject managing to perform his community mobility skills was successfully recorded and a self-monitoring checklist intervention was insert period conducted In the case of the analysis on the subway, bus, and taxi use patterns, in the community mobility skills consisting of 17, 14, and 13, respectively, accurate responses and inaccurate responses at each stage were calculated to obtain the percentages. Results: The percentages of usage skills regarding the subway, bus, and taxi were all 100%. A significant effect was shown at the stage of the follow-up and the generalization conducted after the intervention as well. Conclusion: The findings suggest that the intervention of video self-modeling and self-monitoring conducted together has an effect on acquiring community mobility skills of adolescents with intellectual disabilities
