국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 콜라주를 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 지체장애인의 자아존중감과 삶의 의미에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 지체장애인 10명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 5명씩 구성하였으며, 콜라주 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램은 실험집단에게 주 1∼2회, 80분씩 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 자아존중감 척도, 삶의 의미척도를 사용하여 실험집단 및 통제집단에게 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과성을 검증을 위해 비모수적 분석인 Mann-Whitney U Test, Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 첫째, 콜라주를 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 지체장애인의 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 콜라주를 활용한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 지체장애인의 삶의 의미 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 종합하자면, 지체장애인 관련 미술치료현장에서 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 접근법임이 증명되었고 장애인상담과 심리치료현장에서 적용 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study group art therapy program using collage is to examine the effects of self-esteem and meaning in life of people with physical disabilities. Method: The research subjects included 10 people with physical disabilities in two groups, an experimental group and control group consist of 5 people in each. The group art therapy program using collage was conducted on the experimental group one or two times a week for 80 minutes in a total of 10 sessions. Pre-test and post-test were conducted each sessions to experimental group and control group using self-esteem scale, meaning in life scale. To examine the effectiveness of the program, non-parametric analyses, such as the Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test were used. Results: First, the group art therapy program using collage was effective in enhancing the self esteem of people with physical disabilities. Second, the group art therapy program using collage was effective in enhancing the of life of people with physical disabilities. Conclusion: The group art therapy using an effective approach in the art therapy field related to people with physical disabilities. Also, this study suggested the suggests applicability of the program in disability counseling and psychotherapy fields.
