직전교사 체육심화 교육과정에 대한 초등예비교사의 경험과 인식

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 직전교사 체육심화 교육과정에 대한 예비교사의 경험과 인식을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 청람대학교 초등교육과 체육심화 학생들을 연구 참여자로 하여 심층면담과 참여관찰, 문서자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 사례기록과 귀납적 범주분석으로 자료를 분석하였으며, 동료간 협의, 구성원간 검토, 삼각 검증법을 통해 자료의 진실성을 확보하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 직전교사 체육심화 교육과정에 대한 예비교사들의 경험은 ‘공식적 교육과정’, ‘비공식적 교육과정’, ‘잠재적 교육과정’으로 정리되었다. 공식적 교육과정은 ‘기능뿐만 아니라 지도법도 배우는 실기 수업’, ‘균형이 필요한 집중수업’, ‘어려운 이론 수업’으로 범주화 되었고, 비공식적 교육과정은 ‘권리이자 의무인 운동’, ‘누구나 참여하는 교육행사 활동’으로, 잠재적 교육과정은 ‘체육심화로의 입문’, ‘뜨거운 시선’, ‘따가운 시각’으로 범주화 되었다. 이러한 직전교사 체육심화 교육과정 경험을 통한 예비교사들의 인식은 크게 ‘운동에 대해 달라진 인식’, ‘체육교육에 대해 형성된 인식’ 그리고 ‘체육수업에 대한 여전한 인식’ 으로 정리되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to ascertain teacher candidates’ experiences and perception on in-depth physical education courses for pre-service teachers. For the purpose of this study, the data were collected through in-depth interviews, participating observation, and documents. The participants for this study were in-depth physical education students at the Dept. of Elementary Education, Cheongram University. Data were analyzed by the methods of case record and inductive category analysis. Triangulation, member check, and peer debriefing established the truthfulness of data. According to the study results, the teacher candidates’ experiences on in-depth physical education courses for pre-service teachers were classified into formal education course, informal education course, and potential education course. The formal education course was categorized into “practical techniques class to learn how to teach as well as skills,” “intensive class requiring balance,” and “difficult theory class.” The informal education course was categorized into “exercises, a right and an obligation” and “educational event activities in which everyone participates.” The potential education course was categorized into “introduction to in-depth physical education,” “interested gaze,” and “cynical eyes.” The teacher candidates’ perception through experiences on in-depth physical education courses for pre-service teachers was arranged as “changed perception on exercises,” “perception shaped on physical education,” and “persistent perception on physical education classes.”
