실존적 사유를 통한 김수영 시 읽기 방법

국문 초록

본고에서는 하이데거의 이론적 기반을 토대로 김수영의 작품이 갖는 실존적 인식을 규명하고, 실존주의 철학에서 다루는 주요한 개념인 ‘기분’과 ‘양심’의 초점을 두고 김수영 작품을 감상하는 방안을 모색해 보았다. 하이데거 실존주의의 핵심이 현실에서 유발되는 정서에 주목하고 그 정서 속에서 존재들 상호 관련성은 물론 존재자들 속에서 현존재로서의 인간의 본질적 위상을 찾아가고자 하는 것이기에 이에 주목하고자 하였다. 대상과의 접촉을 통해 느끼게 되는 감각은 인간 존재에게 일방적이거나 수동적 차원에 머무르지 않고, 현존재가 자신을 드러내는 계기가 될 수 있다. 인간은 감각을 통해 형성되는 ‘기분’ 속에서 세계를 발견하게 된다는 것이 그들의 합일점인 것이다. 하이데거가 심정성의 핵심으로 기분을, 그리고 그러한 정서를 죽음에서 찾고자 하는 이유는 죽음을 일상성의 계기로 삼기 위함이었다. 이러한 점이 김수영 시 읽기의 본질이 되어야 함을 놓쳐서는 안 된다고 본다. 간과하기 쉬운 양심의 소리에 대한 귀기울임과 그 속에서 발견할 수 있는 순수한 현존재의 본질에 대한 자각을 기반으로 현실을 비판적으로 개선해 나갈 수 있는 자양분을 찾고자 했던 김수영의 작가 의식에 주목하는 것이 시 감상의 또 다른 방안이 될 수 있음을 살피고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study inquired into the existential recognition pervasive in Kimsuyoung works on the basis of Heidegger’s theory, and sought for a way to appreciate Kimsuyoung works with focus on ‘Mood’ and ‘Conscience’ which are major concepts which are addressed in existentialist philosophy. As the core of Heideggr existentialism is to take note of ‘Emotion’ around in reality, and to aim to look for a human’s fundamental status as the present existence(hereinafter, referred to as ‘Dasein’)among beings, not to speak of the interrelationship of beings amidst the emotion, this study intended to pay attention to this. The sensation felt through contact with the object does not remain in the one-sided or passive dimension to the human being, and it can be the reason that Dasein reveals itself. It is their unity that man finds the world in the ‘Mood’ formed through the senses. Heidegger was at the core of his mind and wanted to find such an emotion in death, in order to take death as an occasion for everyday life. I think that this should not be missed to be the essence of Kim Soo Young ’s reading. In addition, this study tried to look into the possibility of another method of his poetry appreciation, i.e. paying attention to writer consciousness of Kimsuyoung who tried to find nutrients which could make it possible to improve reality critically based on giving ear to the sound of conscience, which is liable to be overlooked, and the self-awareness of essentials of pure Dasein which can be discovered in the sound of conscience.
