체육교사지도유형과 수업만족도 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 체육교사 지도유형과 수업 만족도 및 운동 지속성과의 인과 관계를 검증하고, 수업만족도가 의미 있는 매개효과 역할을 하는지를 탐색하는데 주된 목적을 두고 수행하였다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 2016년 경기도 수원지역에서 B중학교에 있는 1,2,3학년 학생을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 표본추출은 비확률 표집방법의 하나인 편의표집방법을 이용하여 300명에서 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답내용이 부실한 91부를 제외한 209부가 최종 분석에 사용되었으며, 수집된 자료는 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하고 조사도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석하였다. 체육교사 지도유형과 수업만족도 및 운동지속 변수들 간의 상호관련성을 검증하기 위해 상관관계분석, 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 체육교사 지도유형과 수업 만족도의 관계를 분석한 결과, 체육교사 지도유형은 수업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수업만족도와 운동지속에 관한 관계를 분석한 결과, 수업만족도는 운동지속에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교사 지도유형과 운동지속에 관한 관계를 분석한 결과, 지도유형은 운동지속에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 체육교사 지도유형과 운동지속에서 수업만족도의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 수업만족도는 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 체육교사의 지도유형이 중학생들의 수업만족도에 영향을 미치고 민주적 행동형, 긍정적 보상형, 전제적 행동형, 교수와 지시형의 지도유형이 교수행동 만족과 실력향상, 체육환경에 정적(+)으로 영향을 주어 만족도가 향상되고 이러한 결과들로 인해 지속적으로 운동에 참여할 수 있는 동기부여를 제공한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the causal relationship between physical education instruction type, class satisfaction, and exercise persistence and the satisfaction of the class played a meaningful mediating role. A total of 209 students in B middle school in Suwon, Gyeonggi province were selected for the final analysis. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis to identify general characteristics of the subjects, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of survey instruments. Correlation analysis was conducted to verify the interrelationships between physical education teacher instruction type, class satisfaction, and exercise persistence variables. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted to verify mediation effectiveness. First, as a result of analyzing the relation between physical education teacher guidance type and class satisfaction, physical education teacher guidance type has a significant influence on class satisfaction. Second, as the result of analyzing the relationship between the satisfaction of the class and exercise persistence, the satisfaction of the class showed a significant influence on exercise persistence. Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between types of physical education instruction and exercise persistence, the type of instruction has a significant effect on exercise persistence. Finally, the analysis of the mediating effect of class satisfaction on the type of physical education teachers and exercise persistence showed that the class satisfaction had a significant mediating effect. The results of this study are as follows: First, the instructional style of physical education teachers affects the satisfaction of middle school students, and the type of instruction of democratic behavior, positive compensation type, (+) To the satisfaction level, and these results provide motivation to participate in the exercise continuously.
