「장애」와「미술」키워드 기반 국내외 연구동향에 대한 계량서지학적 분석: KCI와 Scopus 데이터베이스(2004-2025)를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애와 미술을 주제로 한 국내 연구의 구조적 특징과 학제 간 교차 지점을 통합적으로 조망하고자하였다. 2004년 1월부터 2025년 3월까지 국내 학술지인용색인(Korea Citation Index, KCI)와 Scopus 데이터베이스에 게재된 논문 가운데 선정 기준을 충족한 국내 457편과 국외 1,073편을 분석 대상으로 선정 후 R 기반Biblioshiny를 활용하여 연구동향 분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 연구 수는 국내외 모두지속적인 증가 추세를 보였으며 국내에서는 「미술치료연구」가, 국외에서는 「Arts in Psychotherapy」가 논문 게재 빈도가 높은 학술지로 나타났다. 학술지의 주제 영역은 국내 연구는 주로 심리과학과 특수교육 분야에 게재된 반면, 국외 연구는 의학과 심리학 분야에 게재되는 경향이 나타났다. 국내에서는 최은영, 국외에서는 Haeyen, S.이 최다 논문 발표자로 장애인과 그 가족의 삶의 질 향상에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 국내에서 피인용 지수가높은 논문은 김자영(2020)의 논문이었고, 국외에서는 Gaugler, J.(2016)의 논문이었다. 국내외 공통 핵심어로는 미술, 치료, 장애, 아동 등이 도출되었다. 시기별 토픽은 국내는 융합교육, 특수교육 등 국외는 만다라 컬러링, 코로나-19 펜데믹, 가상현실 등이 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide an integrated overview of the structural characteristics and cross-disciplinary intersections of Korean (domestic) research on disability and art. Among articles published between January 2004 and March 2025 in journals of the Korea Citation Index (KCI) and Scopus the study selected 457 domestic and 1,073 international articles corresponding predefined inclusion criteria. Research trend and keyword network analyses were conducted using the R-based tool Biblioshiny. The results indicated the steady increase of publications in both contexts. Domestically, the “Korean Journal of Art Therapy“ recorded the highest publication frequency, whereas internationally, “Arts in Psychotherapy“ did so. With respect to disciplinary outlets, domestic studies were published primarily in psychological science and special education journals, while international studies appeared more often in medicine and psychology journals. The most prolific authors were Choi, Eun-Young (domestic) and S. Haeyen (international), both focusing on improving the quality of individuals’ lives with disabilities and their families. The most highly cited papers were Kim, Ja-Young(2020) domestically and Gaugler, J. (2016) internationally. Common keywords across settings included art, therapy, disability, and children. Topic trends over time revealed arts-integrated education and special education domestically, and mandala coloring, the COVID-19 pandemic, and virtual reality internationally. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
