외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)에 대한 국내외 미술치료 연구의 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내외 외상 후 스트레스 장애(Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD)를 대상으로 미술치료 연구의 현황과 특성을 파악하고 문헌의 질을 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1993년부터 2025년 1월까지 발표된 국내 외 문헌 1,845편을 검색하였고, 포함 및 배제 기준에 따라 최종 10편을 선정하였다. 선정 문헌은 일반적 및 개별적 특성에 따라 분류하였으며, 문헌의 비뚤림 위험 평가 도구 RoBANS를 활용하여 질 평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 국내 연구 3편은 실험집단과 비교집단을 포함한 준실험연구 설계였으며, 국외 연구 7편은 통제집단까지 포함된 무작위 대조(RCT) 연구로 확인되었다. 또한, 외생변수 통제, 표본 크기, 눈가림 절차 등 기구 설계 측면에서 보완이 필요한 부분을 확인하였다. 문헌의 질 평가 결과 ‘대상군 선정’, ‘연구참여자 및 연구자의 눈가림’, ‘교란변수’ 항목에서 비교적 높은 비뚤림 위험으로 평가되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the current status and characteristics of art therapy research targeting individuals with Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) both domestically and internationally, and evaluated the quality of the literature. To this end, a total of 1,845 domestic and international studies published between 1993 and January 2025 were identified, and ten studies were ultimately selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selected studies were categorized based on general and individual characteristics, and the quality of each study was evaluated using the Risk of Bias Assessment Tool RoBANS. The results showed that the three domestic studies employed quasi-experimental designs including both experimental and comparison groups, while the seven international studies were identified as randomized controlled trials(RCT) that included control groups. In addition, the study identified areas requiring improvement in research design, including the control of extraneous variables, sample size, and the implementation of blinding procedures. The quality assessment of the selected studies indicated a relatively high risk of bias in the domains of ‘allocation concealment', ’blinding of participants and personnel', ‘other bias'. Based on these findings, the study discussed implications and limitations and provided recommendations for future research on art therapy for PTSD.
