국문 초록

본 연구는 짝 치료를 병행한 미술치료가 학교부적응 아동의 불안과 공격성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 데 그 의의와 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 Y시 초등학교 3학년 여아로, A 상담센터에서 주 1회, 60분씩 총 27 회기에 걸쳐 미술치료 프로그램을 진행하였다. 연구 도구로는 연구대상자의 불안과 공격성을 파악하기 위해CBCL6-18, 학교 적응을 분석하기 위해 학교생활 적응 척도 검사와 동적학교생활화(KSD)를 사전․사후 실시하여 미술치료 프로그램 과정에서 아동 행동 변화를 비교․분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동․청소년 행동평가척도 CBCL6-18, 검사를 통해 불안과 공격성 완화 및 학교 적응력을 향상시키는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 부적응 아동의 불안과 공격성이 드러났던 문제 행동 중 학교 교사 관계가 학교생활 적응 척도 검사의 하위 영역에서 가장 크게 상승하였고, 학교 적응력에도 긍정적인 변화를보였다. 셋째, KSD 그림 검사의 사전에는 날카롭고 거부적인 태도가 있었지만, 사후에는 또래 친구와의 상호작용을 보이며 정서적 안정과 자기 개방이 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose and significance of this study is to examine how art therapy combined with pair therapy affects anxiety and aggression in children with school maladjustment. The subjects of the study were third-grade girls in Y City Elementary School, who received art therapy programs once a week for 60 minutes for a total of 27 sessions at A Counseling Center. As research tools, the K-CBCL 6-18 was conducted to identify anxiety and aggression in the subjects, and the School Life Adaptation Scale and Kinetic School Drawing(KSD) were conducted before and after school adaptation to analyze the subjects’ school adaptation. The results of this study are as follows. First, the Child and Adolescent Behavior Rating Scale (K-CBCL 6-18) test showed a positive effect on alleviating anxiety and aggression and improving school adaptability. Second, among the problem behaviors that revealed anxiety and aggression in children with school maladjustment, school teacher relationships showed the greatest increase in the sub-area of the School Life Adaptation Scale test, and showed positive changes in school adaptability. Third, although there was a sharp and negative attitude in the pre-test of the KSD drawing test, after the test, emotional stability and self-disclosure were shown through interaction with peers. Based on these research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
