국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원 교사들이 디지털 놀이를 유아의 놀이와 교육과정으로 통합해 나가는 실행 과정을 탐색하고, 그 실천 양상과 교육적 의미를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 경기도 소재 A 유치원을 대상으로 6명의 교사가 참여한 협력적 실행연구를 실시하였으며, 3차에 걸친 실행과 성찰 과정을 중심으로 교사의 수업자료, 저널, 면담, 협의록 등을 수집하고 질적 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 교사들은 디지털 놀이에 대한 인식과 실천을 재구성하며 ‘연결’, ‘확장’, ‘관계성’의 관점에서 변화하는 모습을 보였고, 디지털을 유아의 놀이 맥락에 맞춰 통합하고자 교육과정을 자율적으로 재구성해 나갔다. 디지털은 유아의 놀이와 학습을 잇는 교육적 매개로 기능하였으며, 실행 중심의 실천은 교사 주체적인 교육과정 운영과 전문성 형성을 지원하는 의미 있는 대안이 될 수 있음을 보여주었다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the implementation process through which early childhood teachers integrated digital play into young children’s play and the curriculum, and to analyze the practical aspects and educational implications of that process. A collaborative action research was conducted at a kindergarten located in Gyeonggi Province with the participation of six teachers. Data such as teaching materials, reflective journals, interviews, and meeting records were collected over three iterative cycles of implementation and reflection, and qualitatively analyzed. The teachers reconstructed their understanding and practice of digital play, showing changes from the perspectives of “connection,” “expansion,” and “relationships.” They autonomously reorganized the curriculum to integrate digital media in alignment with the context of children’s play. The findings indicate that digital tools served as an educational medium that connected play and learning, and that practice-oriented implementation can offer a meaningful alternative to teacher-led curriculum design and professional growth.
