국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학생이 지각한 부모양육태도가 적응유연성에 미치는 영향에서 정서지 능의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 최근 아동의 심리적 회복력과 정서적 역량에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 부모양육태도와 아동의 정서지능 및 환경 적응 능력 간의 관계를 탐색할 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재 초등학교 5~6학년 아동 350명 을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 부모양육태도, 정서지능, 적응유연성에 대한 표준 화된 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.2(Model 4)를 사용해 매개효과 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 긍정적 부모양육태도는 정서지능과 적응유연성에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 정서지능이 이들 간의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 부모양육태도 역시 정서지능과 적응유연성에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤고, 이 관계에서 정서지능의 간접효과 또한 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 정서지능이 부모양육태도와 아동의 적응유연성 간 관계에서 핵심적인 심리적 매개요인으로 작용함을 시사하며, 부모교육 및 정서교육 프 로그램, 상담 개입의 이론적·실천적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between elementary school students' perceived parenting attitudes and their resilience. As interest in children's psychological resilience and emotional competence has grown recently, this study explored how parenting attitudes influence emotional intelligence and, in turn, affect resilience. Data were collected from 350 fifth- and sixth-grade students in Busan, South Korea, using standardized scales for parenting attitudes, emotional intelligence, and resilience. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2 (Model 4) to test the mediating model. The results indicated that positive parenting attitudes had a significant positive effect on both emotional intelligence and resilience, with emotional intelligence partially mediating this relationship. Negative parenting attitudes also negatively affected emotional intelligence and resilience, and their indirect effect on resilience through emotional intelligence was statistically significant. These findings suggest that emotional intelligence functions as a key psychological mechanism linking parenting attitudes and resilience, offering theoretical and practical implications for parent education, emotional education programs, and psychological counseling interventions.
