대학 교육(교과-비교과) 통합 성과관리 및 환류 모형 개발: A대학교 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 A대학교의 교과와 비교과 교육에 대한 성과 및 환류를 보다 통합적⋅체계적으로 관리하기 위한 ‘교육 통합 성과관리 및 환류’모형을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰, 사례조사, 교내 구성원 인터뷰, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 설계된 모형은 보편성 측면에서 PDCA 모형을 기반하였다. 그리고 특수성 측면에서 A대학교의 기존 교육 성과관리 및 환류 체계를 보완함과 더불어 대학의 교육목표 및 발전계획에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 교과와 비교과를 운영 및 성과관리할 것을 강조하였다. 이에 따라 교육목표 및 발전계획에 대한 이해를 출발로, Create(Plan 계획)→Undertake(Do 운영)→Review(Check 평가)→Execute(Act 환류)로 이어지는 선순환적⋅통합적 성과관리 및 환류가 시행되도록 하였다. 구체적으로 각 단계를 세부 단계로 구체화하였으며, 운영주체와 관리주체를 구분하여 주체별 역할을 명시하되 상호 연계 및 협력을 강화하였다. 또한 활용자료와 산출보고서를 제시하여 교내 구성원의 업무 수행을 지원하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 교과와 비교과 교육에 대한 성과관리 및 환류를 통합적⋅체계적으로 수행하고자 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 구체적인 내용으로 A대학교 구성원의 효과적⋅효율적인 업무 수행을 지원한다는 점, 타 대학에서도 참고할 수 있는 교육 성과관리 및 환류의 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 실용적 가치가 있다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study is to develop an ‘Education Integrated Performance Management and Feedback’ model to more integrated and systematically manage the performance and feedback of curricular and extracurricular education at University A. To this end, he conducted literature reviews, case investigations, interviews on campus, interviews with focus groups, and Delphi survey. The designed model was based on the PDCA model in terms of universality. In terms of specificity, it was emphasized that the existing educational performance management and feedback system of University A should be supplemented and that the operation and performance management of curricular and extracurricular should be based on the university's educational goals and development plans. Accordingly, a virtuous cycle of performance management and feedback was implemented, starting with an understanding of educational goals and development plans, and continuing with Create(Plan)→Undertake(Do)→Review(Check)→Execute(Act). In detail, each stage was embodied, and the role of each operating body and management subject was strengthened. In addition, utilization data and output reports were presented to support the work of members. This study is meaningful in that it intended to integrate and systematically implement performance management and feedback of curricular and extracurricular. In addition, it is valuable in that it supports the work of members of University A and presents a plan that can be referenced by other universities.
