국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인 근로자의 직업능력이 일상생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2023년 장애인 고용패널조사 데이터를 활용하여 1,378명의 장애인 근로자를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였고, 연구분석은 SPSS 26.0과 소벨테스트를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 장애인 근로자의 직업능력이 높을수록 일상생활만족이 높아졌다(β=.188). 둘째, 장애인 근로자의 직업능력이 높을수록 자아존중감이 높아졌다(β=.264). 셋째, 장애인 근로자의 자아존중감이 높을수록 일상생활만족이 높아졌다(β=.174). 마지막으로 장애인 근로자의 직업능력이 일상생활만족에 미치는 영향에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증했다(z=13.075). 이에 연구 결과를 바탕으로 실천적, 정책적 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 근로자의 직업능력을 향상시킬수 있는 실질적 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 장애인 근로자의 심리정서지원을 위한 자아존중감 향상 프로그램이 중요하다. 셋째, 장애인 고용정책 또한 단순히 일자리 수를 늘리는 것에서 벗어나, 개인의 전문성 개발과 복지 혜택 확대를 포함한 종합적인 지원체계로 확장되어야 한다. 이러한 접근은 장애인 근로자가 존중받고 자아를 실현할 수 있는 포용적 사회를 만드는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the job ability of workers with disabilities on daily life satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem. This study was conducted on 1,378 workers with disabilities using the 2023 Employment Panel Survey data, and the research analysis used SPSS 26.0 and Sobel test. As a result of the study, first, the higher the job ability of workers with disabilities, the higher the daily life satisfaction (β=.188). Second, the higher the job ability of workers with disabilities, the higher their self-esteem (β=.264). Third, the higher the self-esteem of workers with disabilities, the higher the daily life satisfaction (β=.174). Finally, the mediating effect of self-esteem was verified in the effect of the job ability of workers with disabilities on daily life satisfaction (z=13.075). Therefore, practical and policy suggestions based on the research results are as follows. First, practical support is needed to improve the job ability of workers with disabilities. Second, a program to improve self-esteem for psychological and emotional support for workers with disabilities is important. Third, the employment policy for the disabled should also be expanded to a comprehensive support system, including individual professional development and welfare benefits, beyond simply increasing the number of jobs. This approach is expected to play an important role in creating an inclusive society in which workers with disabilities can be respected and self-realized.
