국문 초록

본 연구는 요양시설 종사자의 인권감수성과 인권컴플라이언스가 인권교육과 서비스 품질 간의 관계에서 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 대전광역시 내 노인요양시설 종사자 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 주요 변수 간 경로를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 인권교육은 인권감수성과 서비스 품질에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 인권감수성 역시 서비스 품질 향상에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 인권교육은 인권컴플라이언스에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 인권컴플라이언스는 서비스 품질과 부적 관계를 보였다. 인권감수성은 상황지각, 결과지각, 책임지각 등 하위 요소별 차이를 보였으며, 특히 근무기간, 자격증 등 일반적 특성에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 요양시설의 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 정기적이고 체계적인 인권교육 강화, 인권감수성 제고를 위한 맞춤형 프로그램 운영, 형식적 인권컴플라이언스를 탈피한 실질적 제도 정비의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the impact of human rights sensitivity and human rights compliance of long-term care facility staff on the relationship between human rights education and service quality. A survey was conducted with 400 long-term care facility workers in Daejeon, South Korea, and path analysis was performed using structural equation modeling to examine the relationships between key variables. The results revealed that human rights education had a positive effect on both human rights sensitivity and service quality. Additionally, human rights sensitivity showed a significant positive influence on service quality improvement. However, human rights education did not significantly impact human rights compliance, and human rights compliance was found to have a negative relationship with service quality. Human rights sensitivity exhibited differences across its subcomponents, such as situational perception, outcome perception, and responsibility perception. Notably, significant differences were observed based on general characteristics, such as years of employment and certifications. Based on these findings, the study suggests the need for regular and systematic human rights education, the implementation of tailored programs to enhance human rights sensitivity, and the reform of institutional systems to move beyond formal human rights compliance toward more practical and effective measures for improving service quality in long-term care facilities.
