국문 초록

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직업정체성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2025년 1월에 진행되었으며, 요양보호사가 근무하고 있는 방문요양시설, 주․단기보호시설, 공동생활시설, 요양시설을 중심으로 경기도 지역 일대인 파주, 고양 등을 지역에 설문을 진행하였다. 설문은 1:1 설문으로 진행이 되었으며, 총 194명의 요양보호사의 설문을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 자료분석과 통계적 방법은 SPSS 29.0를 활용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 인과관계 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 전문 조직 활용, 직업 윤리 의식 수준, 공공 서비스 신념, 직업 소명 의식, 자율성이 자기효능감과 서비스 질에 유의미한 영향을 확인했다. 또한, 요양보호사의 직업 정체성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증했다. 이를 바탕으로 요양보호사와 노인 돌봄 서비스 현장에 표준화된 교육과정 도입, 직업윤리 및 자율성 강화, 심리적 지원체계 구축, 사회적 인식 개선 등 실천적․정책적 방안이 함께 마련되어야 함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The main of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the effect of the job identity of nursing care workers on service quality. This study was conducted in January 2025, and surveys were conducted in Paju and Goyang in Gyeonggi-do, focusing on visiting care facilities, short-term care facilities, communal living facilities, and nursing facilities where nursing care workers work. The questionnaire was conducted in a 1:1 questionnaire, and a total of 194 nursing care workers were surveyed. For the data analysis and statistical method of this study, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and causal relationship analysis were conducted using SPSS 29.0. As a result of the analysis, the use of professional organizations, the level of professional ethics, the belief in public service, the sense of vocational calling, and the autonomy were confirmed to have a significant effect on self-efficacy and service quality. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the effect of the job identity of nursing care workers on service quality. Based on this, it was suggested that practical and policy measures such as introducing a standardized curriculum, strengthening work ethics and autonomy, establishing a psychological support system, and improving social awareness should be prepared together at the nursing care workers and elderly care services.
