토픽모델링을 통한 영아교사․유아교사 전문성 관련 연구 키워드 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사와 유아교사의 전문성 관련 연구의 키워드를 분석하고, 핵심 키워드 및 잠재 주제를 도출하여 교사 유형별 맞춤형 전문성 개발 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2001년부터 2024년 7월까지 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에 등록된 관련 국내 학술 및 학위연구를 대상으로 영아교사 326편, 유아교사 2,001편을 수집하여 데이터 정제 후 영아교사 전문성 연구 161편, 유아교사 전문성 연구 1,268편을 대상으로 Textom을 통한 TF 및 TF-IDF 분석, Python 기반의 LDA 토픽모델링을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 영아교사 연구는 ‘전문성인식’, ‘직무만족도’, ‘보육실습’, ‘멘토링’, ‘특수교육’ 등의 키워드가 높은 중요도를 보였고, 유아교사 연구는 ‘예비교사’, ‘수업’, ‘놀이’, ‘교육과정’, ‘교수효능감’ 등 교육 실행 중심 키워드가 두드러졌다. LDA 토픽모델링 결과, 영아교사는 ‘전문성 요소’, ‘특수교육과 지원’, ‘보육환경 및 스트레스’ 등의 주제가 중심이었고, 유아교사는 ‘교육과정과 수업 실행’, ‘통합교육’, ‘유아교육기관과 교사역량’ 등이 주요 토픽으로 도출되었다. 거리맵 분석을 통해 각 토픽 간 유사성과 독립성이 시각화되었으며, 두 교사 집단 간의 연구 주제 분포 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 영아교사와 유아교사의 전문성 관련 연구 키워드를 분석함으로써 교사 전문성 연구의 흐름을 살펴보고, 유형별 정책 수립 및 연수 체계 정비를 위한 근거자료를 제공함으로써 향후 교사 전문성 지원 방향을 모색하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed explore ways to tailor the professional development of infant and early childhood teachers by comparinge and analyzinge the keywords used in related literature. The study collected 2,327 Korea papers(326 on infant teachers and 2,001 on early childhood teachers) registered on the Research Information Sharing Service platform from January 2001 to July 2024. TEXTOM-based term frequency(TF) and term frequency–inverse document frequency(TF-IDF) analysis and Python-based latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA) topic modeling were performed on the collected data. The results of TF and TF-IDF analyses, revealed that keywords such as “professional awareness”, “job satisfaction”, “childcare practice”, “mentoring”, and “special education” were highly important in studies of infant teachers, whereas terms focused on educational practice such as “prospective teacher”, “class”, “play”, “curriculum”, and “teaching efficacy” were of high importance the studies of early childhood teachers. The results of LDA topic modeling showed that research on teachers mainly focused on were “professionalism factors”, “special education and support”, and “childcare environment and stress”, whereas that on early childhood teachers focused on “curriculum and class operation”, “integrated education”, and “early childhood education institutions and teacher competencies”. This study provides guidance for the establishment of policies and training systems to improve the professionalism of infant and early childhood teacher.
