예비유아교사의 창의적 인성, 사고 및 문제해결력이 비판적 사고에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 창의적 인성, 사고, 문제해결력이 비판적 사고에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 연구대상은 대구, 경북 지역, 부산 경남 지역과 광주, 전남 지역 대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 4학년 예비유아교사 159명이었다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 창의적 인성, 사고, 문제해결력 및 비판적 사고에 관한 자료를 수집하여 상관분석과 단계적 방식으로 중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 자료 분석 결과, 창의적 인성, 사고, 문제해결력 및 비판적 사고 간에는 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 아울러 창의적 인성, 사고, 문제해결력은 비판적 사고에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 예비유아교사의 비판적 사고 교육을 위해서는 창의적 인성, 사고 및 문제해결력과 같은 다양한 변인을 고려한 예비유아교사교육 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between critical thinking skills, creative personality, thinking and problem-solving ability of pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects were 239 pre-service early childhood teachers in Gwangju and Daejeon. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson’s r and multiple regression using the SPSS/PC Computer Program. The major results of this study were as follows: First, a significant positive relationship was found between critical thinking skills, creative personality, and the thinking and problem-solving abilities of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers’ creative personality, thinking, and problem-solving ability were positive factors in predicting critical thinking skills. In conclusion, the results of this study confirmed that the creative personality, thinking and problem-solving abilities of pre-service early childhood teachers are important factors in predicting critical thinking skills. Implications for future research and practices are currently being discussed.
