ASD 유아의 사회적 의사소통 기술 향상을 위한 국내와 국외 ABA 전문가의 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 ASD 유아의 사회적 의사소통에 대한 국내와 국외의 ABA 전문가의 인식을 알아보고 향후 ASD 유아의 부모가 직접 자녀의 사회적 의사소통기술을 중재하기 위해서 어떠한 ABA 중재요소와 방법 및 전략적 지원이 필요한지 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국외는 눈덩이표집방식으로 48명의 연구참여자를 모집하였으며, 국내 72개 기관과 112명의 개별 ABA 전문가에게 이메일 또는 SNS룰 통해 연구 목적을 안내한 후 협조 요청을 받아들인 43개의 기관과 98명의 개별 ABA 전문가에게 온라인 설문지를 제작 배포하였으며 최종 회수율은 64%로 나타났다. 수집된 전체 설문조사 자료는 SPSS 29.0버전을 사용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 1) ASD 유아의 사회적 의사소통에 관한 중재 중요도 인식 2) 사회적 의사소통기술 중재에 효과적인 ABA 전략에 대한 인식 3) 부모가 습득해야할 ABA 이론과 전략에 대한 인식 4) ABA 전략의 효과적인 부모교육 및 훈련방법에 대한 인식 5) 부모교육 및 훈련환경에 대한 인식이다. 연구결과를 토대로 ASD 유아의 사회적 의사소통능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 부모 실행 ABA 프로그램에 필요한 기본요소를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of domestic and foreign ABA experts on social communication of ASD infants and what ABA mediation factors, methods, and strategic support are needed for parents of ASD infants to directly mediate their children's social communication skills in the future. To this end, 48 study participants were recruited overseas through snowball sampling, and after guiding 72 institutions and 112 individual ABA experts in Korea through email or SNS rules about the purpose of the study, an online questionnaire was produced and distributed to 43 institutions and 98 individual ABA experts who accepted requests for cooperation, and the final recovery rate was 64%. Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were conducted using SPSS 29.0 for the total collected survey data. The results of the study are 1) recognition of the importance of intervention regarding social communication of ASD infants 2) recognition of ABA strategies that are effective in mediating social communication skills 3) recognition of ABA theories and strategies that parents should acquire 4) recognition of the effective parental education and training methods 5) recognition of the parental education and training environment. Based on the results of the study, the basic elements necessary for the parental execution ABA program were proposed to improve the social communication skills of ASD infants.
