유치원 교사의 교육신념, 놀이성 및 2019 개정 누리과정 인식이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원 교사의 교육신념, 놀이성 및 2019 개정 누리과정 인식이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 연구대상은 C도에 소재한 공‧사립 유치원 교사 200명이었으며, 조사는 2024년 1월 2일부터 12일까지 약 2주간 실시하였고, 기술통계, 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유치원 교사의 놀이성, 개정 누리과정에 대한 인식, 놀이지원역량은 대체로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 놀이지원역량은 교육신념, 놀이성, 개정 누리과정 인식과 정적 상관관계인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상호작용주의와 성숙주의 교육신념, 놀이성, 개정 누리과정 인식은 놀이지원역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 놀이성의 하위 요인 중 재미추구 동기는 놀이지원역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 즉흥성은 놀이지원역량에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 이는 2019 개정 누리과정에서 교사는 '놀이 전문가'가 아닌 '놀이 중심 교육과정의 전문가'이어야함을 시사하며, 유치원 교사의 놀이지원역량을 강화하기 위해서는 스스로 교육신념을 점검하고 성찰해보는 기회와 더불어 교육과정에 대한 이해를 증진시켜야 함을 나타낸다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of kindergarten teachers' perception of educational beliefs, playability, and the revised Nuri course on play support competency. To this end, the researcher surveyed 200 teachers working in public and private kindergartens for about two weeks. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were conducted for data analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that kindergarten teachers' general tendency toward playability, perception of the revised Nuri course, and play support competency were generally high. Second, most of the relationships between kindergarten teachers' educational beliefs, playability, perception of the revised Nuri course, and play support competency had a significant positive correlation. Third, it was found that interactiveism and maturationism educational beliefs and perception of the revised Nuri course significantly affected the play support competency. Among, the sub-factors of playability, the fun-seeking motivation had a positive effect on the play-support competency, but improvisation had a negative effect on the play-support competency. This result that teachers should be "experts in the play-oriented curriculum" rather than "play experts" in the 2019 revised Nuri course and that to strengthen the play support capabilities of kindergarten teachers, it is necessary to improve their understanding of the curriculum along with the opportunity to examine and reflect on educational beliefs on their own.
