중국 유아교사의 행복 연구동향 분석: 키워드 네트워크 분석을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 중국 유아교사의 행복을 주제로 한 연구동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 2023년까지 중국에서 발간된 유아교사의 행복 관련 학위논문 56편과 학술지논문 143편으로 총 199편 논문의 키워드를 분석대상 자료로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 단어 정제화 작업을 수행하였고, 정제된 키워드 159개는 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 동시 출현 빈도 2회 이상의 상위 82위의 키워드는 UCINET 6을 사용하여 중심성 분석과 Gephi 0.10.1을 사용하여 전체 네트워크 시각화와 커뮤니티 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중국 유아교사의 행복 관련 선행연구들의 키워드 빈도는 유아교사, 직업적행복감, 주관적행복감, 행복감, 농촌유아교사, 사회적지지 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 중심성 분석에서 유아교사, 직업적행복감, 주관적행복감 주제어가 공통적으로 높은 값이 나타났다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 분석에서 중국 유아교사의 행복 관련 선행연구의 하위구조는 5개로 나타났다: 교직전문성 발달, 직무만족 및 정신건강, 직무환경, 교직 정체성 및 심리적 자본, 인적 자원 및 조직관리. 본 연구를 통해 중국 유아교사의 행복 증진을 위한 연구 방향성을 제시하고, 나아가 한국과 중국 유아교사의 행복에 대한 비교문화 연구수행을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구는 인간의 보편적 정서인 행복을 비교문화적 관점에서 이해함으로써 문화적 배경의 유사점과 차이점을 가진 한국과 중국 유아교사의 행복 향상 전략을 모색할 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed research trends on the happiness of Chinese early childhood teachers using key word network analysis. A total of 199 papers-comprising 56 dissertations and 143 academic journal articles published in China between 2003 and 2023-were selected for analysis. After refining the collected keywords, 159 were identified and analyzed for frequency using SPSS 26.0. The top 82 keywords, with a co-occurrence frequency of two or more, underwent centrality analysis using UCINET 6 and overall network visualization and community analysis using Gephi 0.10.1. The findings revealed that the most frequently occurring keywords in previous studies were as follows: early childhood teachers, occupational happiness, subjective happiness, happiness, rural early childhood teachers, and social support. Centrality analysis showed consistently high values for the keywords early childhood teachers, occupational happiness, and subjective happiness. Community analysis identified five substructures in the research: Development of Teaching Professionalism, Job Satisfaction and Mental Health, Work Environment, Teaching Identity and Psychological Capital and Human Resources and Organizational Management. This study provides insights into research trends and offers directions for improving the happiness of Chinese early childhood teachers. It also serves as foundational data for conducting cross-cultural studies on the happiness of Korean and Chinese early childhood teachers. By examining happiness-a universal human emotion-through a cross-cultural lens, this research aims to develop strategies to enhance the happiness of early childhood teachers, acknowledging both shared and distinct cultural influences.
