말놀이 동시 활동에 참여한 유아의 경험

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 말놀이 동시 활동에 참여한 유아의 경험에 대해서 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 인천시의 사립 유치원 만 4세 유아 44명과 담임교사 2명을 대상으로 단일 사례연구를 16주간 진행하였다. 자료수집은 유아교육현장에서 직접적으로 수집하였으며 유아의 사진, 동영상, 면담, 동시 활동 계획 및 평가, 유아의 활동 결과물 등이다. 자료 분석은 생태학적 접근 분석 방법에 따라 연구목적과 연관이 있는 의미 있는 사례를 선정 후 연관성 있는 사례를 분류하여 범주화하였다. 최종 범주는 동시 속 그림 보고 상상하기, 말놀이 동시를 놀이로 확장하기, 다양한 말놀이 표상활동이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유아들은 말놀이 동시를 감상하고 동시 내용을 다양한 방법으로 즐기게 되었다. 둘째, 유아들은 말놀이 동시 활동을 놀이로 확장하였다. 셋째, 유아들은 말놀이 동시 활동의 다양한 활동을 통해 동시 창작에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 유아 경험을 통해 동시 활동의 다양한 교수방법과 관련되는 사례와 말놀이 동시 활동의 교육적 의미를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to determine the experiences of young children who participated in wordplay children's poetry activities. To this end, a single case study was conducted for 16 weeks with 44 children aged 4 years and 2 homeroom teachers in a private kindergarten in City I. Data were collected directly from the early childhood education site, including children's photos, videos, interviews, poetry activity plans and evaluations, and children's activity results. Data analysis used an ecological approach to select meaningful cases related to the research purpose, and then categorize and classify the relevant cases. The final categories are imagining by looking at pictures in the poems, expanding wordplay poems into play, and various wordplay representation activities. The research results showed that first, children could appreciate wordplay poems and enjoy the contents of the poems in different ways. Second, the children expanded the wordplay poetry activities into play. Third, the children became interested in creating poems through various wordplay poetry activities. Based on the research results, the study is meaningful in presenting multiple teaching methods of children's poetry activities, related cases, and the educational significance of wordplay children's poetry activities through early childhood experiences.
