국문 초록

본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정을 적용하고 있는 유아교육현장에서 나타난 유아와 교사의 변화과정에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 예비연구를 포함하여 연구는 2019년 10월 15일부터 2020년 9월 25일까지 이루어졌다. 연구 참여자는 2019 개정 누리과정을 실행하고 있는 만 3-5세 유아반 교사 7명을 목적적 표집하였으며, 연구 참여자에 대한 심층면담, 반성적 저널, 교육 계획안 및 일지, 연구자 노트에 나타난 자료를 분류분석방법을 사용하여 연구 자료를 반복적으로 읽고 대범주와 하위범주로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아중심, 놀이중심 교육과정 운영 실제에 나타난 유아의 변화 과정으로는 놀이시간과 공간에 대해 주도적인 유아, 우리 반 주인은 바로 ‘우리들’로 인식하는 유아, 충분한 놀이로 행복한 유아로 나타났다. 교사의 교육과정 운영에 대한 패러다임의 변화로는 내가 알던 놀이 vs 개정 누리과정에서의 놀이, ‘실행-평가-계획’으로서의 교육과정 운영, 교사의 자율성 강조에서 느껴지는 책임감으로 유목화 할 수 있었으며, 교사에게 여전히 남아있는 숙제로 배움이 일어나는 놀이로 만드는 어려움, 동료교사와 협업 및 소통의 어려움, 학부모가 지향하는 교육과정과의 간극과 이질감으로 계속되는 유아교사의 고민을 분류해 볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the process of changes in young children and their teachers in kindergarten and day care centers applying the revised 2019 Nuri program. The study, including preliminary studies, was conducted from October 15, 2019 to September 25, 2020. Seven teachers carrying out the revised 2019 Nuri program were selected as participants of the study. As research data, in-depth interviews, reflective journals, educational plans and diaries were collected and analyzed through classification analysis methods. As a result of the study, the changes in the operation of the child-centered and play-oriented curriculum meant young children who led the play time and space and the owners of their class recognized us as ‘we’ and happy infants with enough play. The paradigm shift in the teacher's curriculum management was nomadicized she knew in the play vs. revised Nuri program and the operation of the curriculum as an ‘execution-evaluation-plan’, and the responsibility felt by the emphasis on teachers' autonomy. It was possible to classify the concerns of early childhood teachers as follows: with difficulties in making it play where learning takes place with the remaining homework of teachers, difficulties in collaboration with fellow teachers, difficulties in communication, and gaps and differences with the curriculum pursued by the parents.
